I'm on the Gulf coast of Texas and we've had a nice cool-down since Hurricane Harvey hit. Whenever we have these hurricanes one of the first shortages is gas because of flooded roads the gas trucks can't get around to supply the gas stations.

The flooding in Texas could start to cause gas rationing if there is trouble with refineries and it's already causing gas prices to go up. Martial of some form could be a definite possibility in eastern Texas due to the horrible flooding going there still.
