Athens was named for the Greek Goddess Athena (fictional Greece female). So when I read this I thought," pay attention to what is happening in Athens". Perhaps some strong counter protest is on the horizon. ( Not unusual for Greece). So checking around I found this article posted today about Protests scheduled for Tuesday about the Refugees, specifically those who are stranded on Greek Islands.
Shoes have meant moving/travel in the past. I would not be surprised if socks means the opposite, staying.
So, summing it up, expect Athens to have protests (we know that will happen Tuesday) over the refugee crisis there. The crisis is wearing on people and the tone will be negative regarding their exit out of Syria and lack of exit out of Greece which is annoying all involved.. A lot of this will be do to the disproportionate coast Greece is carrying compared to other nations.
I would say this is a #cametrue, but I am curious to see how big this becomes.

That is a lot of days listed in a row and at the end of the waining section. Note November is at the bottom (waining) and December is at the top (trending), typical for early days of a new month.

This may indicate an announcement warning about a group of terrorists in a defined geographic region in the west. It may be Dutch related. Sounds like a plan for an attack may have been found. Clearer detailed shoes would indicate movement/action of this plan is about to begin.
