Thanks for the replies. As far as getting some rest I found now a days I like to nod off at 6 or 8 pm for less than 4 hours. Then go back to sleep from 2 - 3 am to 5-6 am. Break it up seems to help. I can still get a dream in but nothing noteworthy if I take benadryl.
