This is stuff that popped up at me as I read today's run. All this is speculation but it's what came to me(Yes, this is how my brain works sometimes. 
).
Know large baby hospital doing again This group of words absolutely jumped out at me as if already posted in bold font. The vibe I get is to not think of it as a "baby hospital" in the sense of a pediatrics hospital but as a place where something has been "birthed" again. Something that was "birthed" before, something big, and it's being done again.
Now put that with journal view evil work. Whatever that something was, it was seen and recorded. Had form hours behind year implies that the something was visible and was visible for at least a year. Place earth associated dreamt mean different implies that the something will affect the entire planet, will change the planet. The term "globalization" comes to mind but is it the end effect or the cause of the something?
This is what's frustrating, at least to me: We know about this something but we're missing it because the language isn't clear enough to point us in a direction to seek the clues that would tell us what's heading in our direction. Yet we're supposed to be aware of this something, prepare for this something, and even warn others of the something. Yeah, good luck on that one, kids.
