Both the 26th and 25th both run seemed to indicate while people were sleeping (night I guess). I have heard California and Japan mentioned right now as possibilities on different sights. Japan in connection with a tsunami. California is always mentioned and thought of by people but yesterday's bot run seemed to point towards that as a possibility.
Timing? Well, I would think within a 6 weeks period. Likely on the sooner side. When the Nepal earthquake hit I think it was within a week of our bot run prediction of a large quake. That prediction included some descriptive language which helped give a location well region, but not country.
