I did want to share with you some thoughts I had about your dream posting. I agree with you that snakes are scary and it is instinctive of us to be wary of them. I think your dream could possibly have another meaning. For many years the symbol of a single snake wrapped around a staff has been the symbol for medicine. (I have always wondered about this and personally find it a bit disturbing.) This symbol is known as the Rod of Asclepius. Asclepius was the Greek God of Medicine and Healing. Snakes actually were a symbol for rejuvenation. Perhaps your dream, though frightening with a snake, may possibly represent a coming healing or rejuvenation for you!! I truly hope this is what your dream represented.
