Basically, in the NICE CITY of Toronto, everything seems quite NORMAL, except.....a THREE year old boy wakes up at 4am in the MORNING and walks outside into the frigid cold. Parents find that is bed is empty, VOID of his son. The video cameras in the apartment complex caught it all on tape. Boy is now dead, his life PULLed.
