Yep, their "bell" could be about to toll concerning Fiscal problems, severe water shortages or the long overdue Quakes, as north and southland of the Golden state are both way overdue for "the big one."

Also isn't california in all sorts of financial trouble after arnie spent all the money? that doesn't make much sense though doesn't it, unless like us in europe they are putting all your money into tax havens…...
