Hey that is certainly an interesting article and probably indicative of the headline, my worry is that RT or Russia today is definitely a political tool of putin, and the idea that they would report the truth regarding Ukraine is suspect. Also note the ministers titles. the minister for information policy — what the heck is that? whats the policy on information, some, none, lies etc..It struck me years ago thats it an interesting exercise to look at ministries' names around the world. I almost cried when I noticed ministries for food in many african countries, the last we heard of that in the western world was during the second world war.
