I FOUND IT!!!! NADW it took me three hours but the persistence and waiting (for transfers)
paid off-
I first read it in a paper article back in 2009.
Tiny back page article that caught my eye as I have personal experience with Tiahuanco portal.
This is online archives by now not sure how updated or accurate as the 'facts' are set up to cover the incident. These may not coincide with the original article I read that talked about the flight ready to land in Bolivia, dropped from radar and showed up in Spanish territory minutes later....
