Took about a month for this one to fulfill and it's way-cool, **good news indeed. That white powder, LOL finally used the right search engine and a lot of links of NDC came up.
For the words "researchers ace powder realizing introduced" yeah it was already introduced, but a big, new use for it seems very likely! The oldest artificial sweetener, Saccharin! those cute little packets have a great side-effect. I try to not sweeten my tea or decaf coffee but have used this one for years, saying it was "the lesser of evils." Dig this!
