Thanks for sharing your dream.  The salamander part of your dream caught my attention.  A salamander is a fire elemental.  Additionally, there are many interesting thoughts about what a salamander means when seen in a dream. They are amphibians as as so are keepers of dreams.

Yeah, I caught the salamander reference, too, as well as the mention of 15. That number is seriously popping up for us, isn't it?

As for the cards, somehow I was reminded of tarot cards.

Hard to concentrate at the moment. The rest of the inhabitants of the house are watching "Taken 3" and it is a noisy movie.
