p.s. the bikers are a huge element in our society made up of folks from ALL walks of life. I had two former bosses own Harleys as it was a 'thing' to own one back in the day. The first was a psychologist who collects Harleys and has fun with the 'persona'. The other CEO of a hospital , a diminutive guy rolled his bike coming out of the hospital parking lot. He sold it that week. Gave up the 'persona' as it was too challenging- I would guess it was the size of the bike. lol.
Also some docs (MDs) I worked with had the Harley itch then too. I remember painting 3'x4' oil of Jesus wearing an American flag bandana, in his leathers riding a hog with the long handlebars. Painted lime green with pink flames on the base, and wrote a poem/song about it called 'The BIKER' to go with the painting.
All this aside, it brings up the point that there may BE a collective reactionary movement triggered by the Texas incident in preparation for activities this summer that is pointed out in the bot runs. In other words, its not over yet and may surge in the runs.
