That's a hit...silly me..of course, this is the "Growing Robots" horror story. Seems like there's also no limit to the amount of money and contracts being handed out surrounding this topic either. In addition, it is the stated objective of the US Military to be explosives free by a 2025. Gee...do you think they have new weapon?

This is primarily being researched as a method to deposit diamond vapor upon items. Ostensively for manufacturing interests.

There are vast amounts of white papers relating to biological sensors, long range micro antenna, and the most interesting collection of words; microwave accoustical cavitation.
