DLP, excellent dream! you report with such great eye for detail that it seems we're watching this on a screen, IMO.
Also, this is so future-reality based.
I think of Venezuela a lot lately. I reached for a carrot cake last night and thought of them. I dread it but reading your dream I knew/know that it's "coming to a theater near us" but don't know timing.
