Yep. I just learned that the second time this morning. It was a long post to several people, but decided not to get upset (didn't work though...still got upset for a few minutes).
In my case, the wireless internet cut out right before I submitted, and unlike the DReamBase, this mybb software won't let you go back to your unfinished work. So, ditto what esholars said.
BTW...if you save as draft, your draft will be in your control panel, not out in the forums.
