Wow these links are great. I hadn't thought to look up the symbolism of the salamander. This strikes me:
"....as the salamander hold symbolism of psyche, spirituality, emotion, and ease of motion. These attributes are intensified by the salamander's nocturnal nature because night time is symbolic of shadows, secrets, dreams, intuition and psychic abilities too."
and "If you dream of salamanders you may be entering a new phase of spiritual development"
and "The salamander is also associated with secrets, with the hidden, and therefore with your own personal depths and subconscious."
since it was just yesterday that I decided to join this community. I was hesitant, but felt like a forum like this could help me with some personal transformation, if only to pay closer attention to what is going on in my sleeping mind. Also:
"This is analogous of adaptability and adjusting to our environment."
as just yesterday I was talking to my BF about a new client I have work with next weekend and how I need to adapt to their ways a bit.
Keepers of Dreams. What a lovely (if ugly) pet to be gifted in my dream.
