Eyes die recognized headed- blinded, didn't see where headed or what was ahead.
written spider breathing- terrorist/evil which has been written about is alive and well, the act has been discussed as a possibility. Or, a note is found written by the person who is responsible for the train accident.
awesome broken september train multiple train writing- the train accident will be big, happen in September or come from something having to do with September and we will learn that there were warning signs (writing).
into brown- not sure if or where this is related.  Brown may be important, I don't know if it connects here or somewhere else.  Brown was associated with the Nepal quake botrun too. If the accident is caused by flooding, (brown water), I  think the danger was notated before hand but ignored.
