What anniversary was last June 2nd?? it says "Happy" and then Esholars has "38 years" written. Do we need to decoder ring to know what this is on our NDC calendar?

So, was the "38 years" on June 2nd. a person reference and not something to do with NDC's history, founding, business, etc? (I'm so literal that I thought the calendar was an official NDC tool. I'd be Sheldon if I had his IQ, LOL....yeah, that bad at times.)

I think this run is pointing to the year's RIMPAC exercises in Hawaii (& Cali.) starting in a few weeks, with linguistics like,

What happened?-
3 people were shot and killed In Tel Aviv at an outdoor market place today. The team of 2 attackers were related and came from the West Bank. The attack took place across the street from Military headquarters ( base). Police were still searching the area. Tel Aviv means Spring Mount. If one were to view vampire as someone who is out for blood, and we recognize sand as the desert where Israel is located, then we have EVERYTHING in this part of the run happening.
