The dream started with me looking out a window and being frightened at seeing a person who is laying in a pool of water dying. Their face was eroding and they appeared barely alive. I knew I should try and help/ save them, but I felt oddly no compassion. Throughout the dream, I would go back to the window to check if the person had passed away. The dream ended with me looking on as a rat tried to care for the person. As I'm looking on in utter amazement, a cat comes out of the water with a bit of food in its mouth. The cat transfers the food to the rat who tries to feed the dying person. The dream ended with a leapard sitting next to the person as a protector.
