Sigh fever mon broken nose hours rest Those could easily apply to me. I've been sick for the last few days, a cold that settled in my nose and throat. Ran a very low-grade fever that broke early Monday and a cough settled in its place. I pushed myself too hard on Saturday to keep up with my normal stuff, then decided I needed to be gentle with myself and I've been resting and hydrating since then.

Yes, Gentle is good! I'm proof positive of that. Powering through, like I did earlier in the year, just led to me being sick LONGER. I feel for ya.
