While this bill has no chance of going any farther in the legislative process, it's still quite a shocker that it even passed as far as it has.

And surely "TX approves legalizing pot, hell promptly freezes over" has to be on some bot run. Big Grin

Yes, we are a frisky bunch but with hearts of gold, mostly.
Local politics is a blast, I would think everywhere and probably is, but in Texas....small town elections can be a riot. Reality TV should've existed in the 70s when Daddy was running for city council. I was his youngest daughter and oh, the stories I could tell ya. Only as I look back do I see just how funny those times were, and we had the CB radio craze during that time. We broadcast our frivolity.
