Unfortunately, we really won't ever know the answer to this brilliant question. This could all very well be pure garbage from the CIA propaganda machine or some strange schizophrenic sociopath.
The person who wrote the material or the release of this information claimed that he was given the approval to release PART of the Chani material. Of course, the predictions that were claimed to be so brilliant that were supposed to have come from Chani in the early period weren't released at all, but even if it were released with this more current info wouldn't have proved anything (but it still would have been nice to see it to see what kind of predictions are possible from a babyish language set).
Everything about the chani material is sketchy at best. However, I just can't rule it out as a possible scenario. After all, CERN is dealing with never-before attempted science. TimeSpace does have the ability to be opened, and when shooting protons at the speed of light around a big ring....all bets are off.
