In the early morning, I'm riding a motorcycle/car hybrid vehicle down a single lane expressway to work. The weather is cool and a little cloudy. After passing under several underpasses, I'm nearing the end of the road that comes to a T intersection. About 100 yards from the end, there is a stalled / broken-down white, flat front truck under an underpass. Although I am in the right-hand lane, it is also in the right hand lane, but facing me (as though it is in the wrong lane). There is 1 police car on the right side of the truck and 1 on the left side beside the left lane. The only way to pass the truck is in the left-hand lane. Since I am travelling at a relatively fast speed, I pass it without difficulty.
