LOL Yep, our part east Texas is thundering but we don't yet have the flooding rains. Bro-in-law drove from Waco area to Austin yesterday in some bad rain.
Seriously, am praying for those near the rivers, creeks, etc.
Bummer is just refused looking at another property yesterday because it was way, too close to more than one body of water. Brick home on cement foundation yet built a couple of feet higher off the ground. LOL sorry for them but yeah, like we're gonna touch that one. Just left the islands where much of it's built off-ground but not one of 'em brick. Weird to see a brick home built, not literally off-ground but up high.
