I believe this is speaking of the race for the White House. Specifically, how issues important to people of color will drive the election process in October.
This would certainly include issues center to the Rainbow Push Coalition (formerly Rainbow Coalition). The issues the Rainbow Push Coalition focus on are Poverty and Hunger, Peace and Justice, Gun Violence, Home Foreclosure, Corporate Inclusion, and Voter Registration. We have learned that Castle can mean White House. It is interesting how Rainbow is the first word in the run and directly before Castle. Rainbow House. Race symbolizes both the Presidential race and the physical race of a person. Rainbow Castle Race may be telling us that the issues of people of color will be the focus for October.
