Update - there was very little rain and wind where I am on the west coast of FL. I don't remember any dreams from last night, however, I don't believe this is the water event I am dreaming about. And while some of the elements are surely metaphoric, the water part feels very literal. And I would say the water feels more like waves and flooding than rain.
Water, water everywhere, and not a drop to drink.

Salt water.
