Hmm, bank could be about outer bank islands, somewhere. Shoes might mean a move. SO, perhaps this is a hurricane warning about an outer bank region.

There are many ways to read the bottom waining section. I see it as a message that a lack of love can create some cold and bad situations/people and that showing love can change this negative into positive. SO, acts of love change things.
Today we have pregnant again. Yesterday it was wolf and pregnant. One of our members had a dream about baby dragons today.
I wonder if there is a connection and something is about to be "born", or happen.
