"Multiple attempt involving fever" is interesting. Maybe there have been attempts to start a man made pandemic before. Fever is the body's way of cooking out an invader. "Doctor drinking" could indicate the reason for failure thus far- maybe the doctors involved were alcoholics so didn't do their best work. Or maybe a doctor/s involved with the Ebola epidemic will spill the beans during a drinking binge.
