August 29, 2014 - Where will the chaos from Dean's dream occur?

I was given a very small map of the United States and southern Canada and the area beneath the Great Lakes was covered in tiny red dots (no big dots) so according to that, this isn't a specific city event but includes rural areas. To be more location specific, I was looking at southern Michigan and northern IN, OH, PA, the western arm of NY State and the area between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario extending down from Toronto.

I went hunting for the locations of towns called Dallas in the area and found Dallas, IN, OH and MI with Dallas, PA on the edge, just like someone else mentioned previously that there are more places named Dallas than Dallas, TX.
