Intention: July news event

Again, I have trouble remembering the details. I was in a car in a downtown area on the way to meet up with friends to go to the museum. The weather was warm and sunny, typical for a July. As I was at a stop light, I looked at the driver window and a person was jaywalking by my car, and her thighs were at the level of my head as I was seated. I gasped, thinking she must be at least 10' tall, and then as she walked by there were a total of 3 or perhaps 4 African-American women with her, all of similar height, wearing jeans and lightweight shirts. I could overhear their conversation, which was focused on their husbands. They seemed nonchalant, whereas I was the one shocked at what I was seeing.

Two snippets while trying to catch up on sleep.

The first was about being told of an impending air raid not believing it was going to happen, trying to take shelter in trees as they seemed safe. Being told they would be bombed also as people would be hiding there.

Transitioned to a dream where I was told to view an npr( some entity's) story on the web and it was about why people only want to hear about good things I think then I awoke from my first nap going back for second nap as my neck hurts like a sob when I sleep at night, seeing a pt to help heal the tendon and other damage

Sorry this is late. I had some personal issues arise.

As for our run, we have positive and negative. On the positive side, a new dream school will be constructed. As for the negative side, there might be an awesome massacre today.

This dream began with me in an office trying to make sense out of confusing paperwork. At some point I realized I was in a restaurant and my coworkers were either unable to help or absent. There were many tables, but initially only a few were occupied. I began searching for food, but was unable to find anything put together. It all required a lot of preparation. I decided I would take drink orders. When I returned to the tables area, they were now all filled with people. It was very loud. I went to one table with a family with small children and began talking with them and letting them know all I could give them was water. As I'm telling them this other tables begin getting impatient and being rude. I hurry to the back of the restaurant and being looking for glasses to serve the water in. I'm trying to find glasses that match, but realize that is impossible. As I'm filling the glasses with water, people are gathering around me questioning why I'm using dangerous tap water and just being impatient and intimidating. I begin to frantically search for bottled or filtered water. I'm feeling overwhelmed and sorry for myself when a man appears beside me and says he will be sympathetic and helpful, but oberservant. The dream ends with me wondering what his true intentions are, but thankful someone was trying to understand my delemma.

Trying to remember this dream is difficult. Wanted to post the few bits I remember in case someone else dreamed a similar dream.  The dream was about a map.

Start of Dream I am standing in a park like setting, lots of trees, very nice. There are cars and other people there. One man who is the head of what ever is going on engages me in conversation.

Man: Julie where is the location?
Me: I don't know, try a map.
Man: We don't have a map. Do you know the location?
Me: Use the map I gave you yesterday.
Man: We don't have the map. We need you to get the map for us.
Me: All right then. I will look for the map.
Man: How long will it take?
Me: I don't know, I may have to make one and I will need help.
Man: We are running out of time. Please find a way to get the map.

I walk away and think about a friend who may be able to help. I find her and when I try to talk with her, all she will talk about is herself so she will be no help with the map. I sigh, thinking I will have to do this myself.

I walk into what feels like an ordinary office, find the copier and make copies of a colorful map.  I then walk back to where I was being questioned. I tell the person heading up the search, here is the map and I made copies for you all. Then several people walked up to me taking a copy of the map from me. The guy in change says, ok everyone head out. I walked away and went back to talk with my friend. End of Dream

Start of Dream. I am attending my cousins wedding and am sitting at a table with other people. Matthew McConaughey walks in to the room and sits at our table. I said, this is for family so are you related to James? He said, yes we are related. I said, I am his cousin and you have never been mentioned in the family so tell me how you are related. Matthew McConaughey starts explaining how he is related. He then stands up and walks away. After he walked away I said, I have never been a fan of his movies, but I suppose many others are because he keeps making them and lots of money. End of Dream.

Afterthoughts: 1. My cousin James passed on about 5 years ago. 2. James never married. 3. My cousin was not related to Matthew McConaughey. 4. I am not a fan of his movies.

25 June 2016 DB: Wilkins 1961

I decided to google it, it refers to a man who had dealings with the NHS here in the UK in 1961 with regards to the peoples contributions..... I believe it may refer to the up and coming change of our Prime Minister October 2016 and a future increase in the contributions to the NHS..... A major Tax hike.

Dream was long like I was traveling. This is the part of the dream I remember the clearest. I am watching a line of muslim families. They have luggage like they are traveling on vacation. Feels like an airport security check area. The muslim people are standing in a separate line from non-muslim people. The line is moving slow because they are being searched and scanned more than the non-muslim people. One man is very upset that his little boy will be scanned. He believes that if his son is scanned it will destroy his ability to have children later in life.

I am standing there listening and think, how ignorant can this person be? My next thought was that this person was just scared and frustrated, not ignorant. Even though I felt sorry for the people having to go through this, I knew it was necessary.

Personally, I’m getting tired of massacres. I’m ready for something new.  I’m getting an alien vibe with words such as encounter, odyssey, chase, and paralysis. By the way, our list is shorter than normal because the collective is in a standard cyclic lull.
