Is it really a gift?

I am venting today about so-called gifts. I think I've mentioned here on NDC about how crows tell me when someone I know is going to pass on. Yesterday I heard 1 loud caw from a crow and immediately thought, I wonder who I know is going to pass on. Then I went about my business and didn't think about it again. Today I found out one of my favorite reality TV show stars passed away yesterday. It was Preston in Mountain Men. Sniff Sniff, I'll miss seeing him on the show.

So now I am thinking, just what is the purpose of the crows signaling me? I just don't know anymore. Thanks NDC for listening.
