somehow road dog began important set couple short under telling
The poor doggie was found behind a WalMart and the word 'road' can imply pavement anywhere and there is pavement all around WalMart stores. The 'important set' would be the two operations the dog had to have and a 'couple' of men are implicated via a 'telling' video.
