The actual event happened in May 2014. I’m not sure how to present this. But the words are mostly all in the article including ‘papers’ = paper towels, ‘Events lines summer’ could mean the event headlined over the summer. The BMW stunt interrupted ‘expected comfortable traffic’. You have to drive northwest from UC Santa Barbara Campus to get to Isla Vista. The rest explains itself.

(Watch for a navy communication disturbance, possibly a hack this spring.)This is a much happier story…. And the round rainbow looks just like a pie (chart) presentation caught by a navy communications officer on a ‘spring computer’ (camera) on board an aircraft carrier (tractor of sorts).

(Watch for an evacuation of a town called Shepherd in TX, MI or MA)
The mall wasn’t evacuated but I guess we could say that Shepherd was evacuated. This is a BIG story and having the last name of one of the charged show up in this NY 2015 Run can’t be coincidental. Noon could be interpreted as meaning “12 o’clock high” referencing daylight ‘bombing/shooting’ missions against Nazi Germany during WWII. Nazi is mentioned in the article.
February 17, 2015 - Lindsay Kanittha Souvannarath, 23, of Geneva, Ill., and Randall Steven Shepherd, 20, of Halifax made their first appearances Tuesday in Halifax provincial court and had additional charges laid against them.
