horse war law action- According to Webster's dictionary, a warhorse can be:" a person with long experience in a field; especially :  a veteran soldier or public person (as a politician)". Using that definition, I am going to say that the warhorse is Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the law action ( or inaction) is his refusal to hold hearings/ or a vote on Judge Merrick Garland's nomination to the Supreme Court.
"In the aftermath of Obama's Wednesday decision to nominate federal judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, Republicans now are planning on setting yet another precedent: Denying confirmation hearings for a nominee, something that has not been done since such proceedings became common practice more than 60 years ago."

Surprise gift wallet class-  I wonder who the wallet class represents?  Could it do with taxes and the IRS?  Hopefully a good surprise. If it also has to do with solve elderly smile underwear grandmother, some good news regarding seniors may be on the horizon.

"Talk about a stunning turnaround.
The Dow turned positive for the year on Thursday, erasing a scary start to the year that at one point had the index down as much as 1,974 points in just the first three weeks of 2016.
The remarkable rebound has been driven by a spike in oil prices and fading fears of a possible recession in the U.S. Oil has returned to nearly $40 a barrel and the U.S. economy continues to grow, despite the global slowdown."
