Año 10: The tickles are getting even bigger now. Alan Greenspan agrees with us dreamers!

Alan Greenspan is from the same echelon that creates the banking nightmare we live.  I wouldn't say this is any more than spinning the story inevitably leading to another country taking an IMF loan.

Keep in mind that Greenspan is an avid Ayn Rand follower-
'collapse of government run world for future technology to emerge....'
Sound familiar?

AD, I did not know this. How paradoxical for an ex- market manipulator (Greeenspan) to follow Ayn's work. Maybe that connection was made up by someone who wants to paint the Fed Res as a free market entity? Ayn Rand would have nothing to do with a Fed Chairmen who decides what interest rates all the 300 Million people of America will use. He decides which way the markets go; I can't think of anything more contrary to Rand's work! Smile

Yeah, I think that factoid is a smokescreen for the real philosophies hidden deep inside him.

I have to agree, i believe that her philosophy has been blackened, however she is guilty of some super strange statements. I am always in a push pull situation with her…basically i have to buy all the books, but on upwards of 1000 philosophy books i am won't to buy more……i want my spirit to find me first

Yeah, I agree. She has made some strange remarks. Let's face it, there's absolutely no one single philosophy that can make us a perfect world. Ayn's philosophies worked for many different situations, but they can't possibly excel in all situations. I mean, when IS enough? How big should At&T be allowed to be? Should Google be able to run the world? Or should there be at least some sort of oversight? And then of course, we get into governance issues with existential questions, and that's something way too deep for this discussion. My point is this:

Ayn was extreme in her views, and some of her lessons are CRITICAL. But to follow or put into place ALL of anyone's philosophies wholly into one society, you actually end up with a Mussolini or Hitler at some point. Sometimes, Ayn's philosophies would be ill-equipped to solve problems, so balance is needed from the opposing side.

thanks it is indeed almost impossible to grasp this at all. People talk of a free market, but that only works if everyone within the free market is a saint or and angel, as in if no one cheats, neither the buyer or seller. I grew up in my understanding of economics through competition, which on the outset looks great. No barriers to entry to a market, get rid of bribery and corruption and all will be well. Well then we went the extra mile to say, if in fact you want to build your port entry point for your business to receive, whatever, corn, jet fuel etc… you now have to actually build an empty lot, in case someone want to compete with you and your being there first would be a 'barrier to entry' for them…..its crazy….I can also tell you that in a free market that face lifts went down in price by 45% in a few years but heart surgery went up…even though both domains got better and faster at doing the job. Why, cos one is elective and the other is life and death. Its a merry round about thats what it is.

WOW. You know, I'm just now picking up on something. The way we're fumbling through and learning the ropes on Dream Linguistics and Dream-Based Predictions, I am learning a lot about current events. The NDC is a great place to get the news and find out what's really happening. Not that I want to change our course, but it's kind of neat to get a different perspective on what the COLLECTIVE sees as important versus what the media WANTS US to see as important. It's pretty cool seeing the difference. I deem this article you presented from Gaza as an extremely important news piece and one that I would have never seen had Sherriann not been on top of the 2015 prediction lists. Well done.

Thanks for the article about the arts protesters Sherriann. Excellent find!

I think this is Año 28.
The U.S. Little League Championship team had to give up the title this week because not all their players were from the correct area.

Another tickle....

February 27, 2015 - Vatican buries homeless man in famed cemetery
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/vatican-rome...-cemetery/

No matter whether the pope was directly involved, Herteleer's burial inside Vatican walls is an indication of a changing Vatican and a reflection of the pope's concern for the poor and vulnerable. Earlier this month, at the pope's request, the Vatican installed showers and toilets for the homeless in St. Peter's Square.
