I'm in a government building. It's all metal and glass, lots of people walking around doing who knows what. It kind of resembles an airport terminal, but this is definitely a secure government area. I sit down at a corner where there are a lot of people arriving. They are all wearing period clothing, from all different eras. As they walk past me, all I keep thinking is we must get the details right. One slip up, and we'll be in hot water and somewhere there will be another one of those blasted anomalous photos.

I'm hanging out on the set of a major cable news organization. (OK for the sake of detail, it's Fox News). All of the anchors are wearing uniforms. The women are all standing in a line on the stage, and they're in two groups, both wearing something that looks like it came out of Grease. Jeans rolled up, patterned shirts with little scarves tied around their necks. One group has shirts in red, and the others are in blue. They're lined up like can can dancers. I leave thinking the world has certainly gone around the bend, this is just a show.

I am escaping from something or somewhere and trying to get home. It's dark, and I'm on a small town city street, staying close to the buildings, moving across balconies, staying away from the street itself. I have this feeling that whomever is tracking me isn't far behind, and I'm running out of time.

I run across a front yard to a ditch and throw myself into it, as I see men with flashlights moving around. They pass on, but they will find out soon enough they've neglected to search carefully enough. I think, "I have to give it a try, there's nothing else to do."

I reach over and rummage through a torn trash bag and come up with a white plastic knife. Yes! This should do. I hold it close to my face, immersing myself in the energy field of the last person to hold the knife. I feel something wash over me, and I know the process is complete. I emerge from the ditch, knowing I'm a tall dark haired man, muscular and strong.

I stride with confidence to the sidewalk, in the open and continue walking. I pass a group of young men hanging around a car, and they see me and shrink into the shadows. I laugh, this is perfect.

I'm going to work, and instead of a car, I seem to be gliding above the road at a pretty good clip. It's a two lane road with dense trees on either side. I notice that I'm passing over some pretty big holes in the pavement at regular intervals. The first few are just really dark, about 4 ft in diameter, with no bottom in sight. Then I pass over one that's much larger, and I can see men about 10 feet down. There's scaffolding and worklights, and the men are wearing hard hats. The hole looks much deeper. I pass over some more holes in the road just like it, but I can't really determine what they're doing, other than something for the government, I think.

End of dream.

I dreamed I was in the back seat of a sedan car and my stepdad was driving. (But in real life he died about 7 months ago.) We were driving through a mountainous landscape and there were no people or towns anywhere.

When I awoke from this dream I had a creepy feeling like - what if in this dream he is driving me to the place where the dead dwell and it means I am going to die sometime soon?
