No intent
Mood: exhausted

I was in an upscale office in a high-rise building. The setting was expensively but tastefully decorated with leather, glass and chrome. I was sitting with my back to the large glass windows as I am afraid of heights.

I am talking to a man about the effects of emotions on one’s health. We are both aware of the mind- body connection and are seeking an answer for combating the problem of people sleeping and dreaming as an escape from mundane, ordinary life. He has read that I often dream of going dancing, traveling to other locations to visit museums and art galleries, living in other eras and other houses.

We are trying to figure out if I am out of body traveling or if it is all my imagination. Is my ill health a result of my busy sleep adventures, as I awake exhausted, or is my boredom, ill health and exhaustion the cause of my fantastic adventures?
We have discussed why I consider my life boring in all of its details. We have discussed all the exciting adventures I have had in sleep time. We have discussed my life prior to my illness and all the adventures I had in my waking life. We have discussed my core beliefs both religious and others. We have discussed my awake life situation and the possibility of having some of my dream life adventures in awake life. (I would have to be a billionaire to have these adventures in awake life!)
He has asked would people give up an extraordinary dream life for better health or would they choose poor health to continue the adventures. I say it depends on the person and what purpose their dream life serves them.

He then asks the big question to me.

I was just answering when the phone rang!

Would you suffer ill health if it made your dream adventures more exciting? Would you give up your dream life if it made your waking life better? What purpose does your dream life serve?

22-24 February 2016 Presidential or during the next term and others: "The bodies in this war... it's bloody" 3/4 nuclear detonations in the sea/flat area. Bill Turmire/Wurmire mining/drilling/fracking geological incident major deaths, worldwide condemnation.

I find I can get them whenever I take the time try but life is busy and some of the personal precogs are quite disturbing and heart breaking to witness, definitely a double edged sword.

I know that a bit of this dream, I have forgotten. I was talking to someone in my home, looked out the window and the people that were supposed to lived next door were not there. But, vague now yet am certain that it wasn't just one family or house. I had this amazement that they're gone, they're not out there....the feeling was a little? ominous. I commented to whomever it was in my home about missing people.

I do know I was thinking to myself how I've seen them many times, looking out that side of the house tons of times and poof! was the feeling that not only they were missing, but all evidence that they'd been over there, lived there etc....it was gone, too as if they never happened.

I dreamed someone broke into my house while I was out and stole all my electronics- computers, radios, television sets, mp3 players, cd players, etc.

Dreamed 2/23/16 in the wee hours.

the page was like it was on a movie screen and under focused spotlights.

If I shut down the lights and lock the door if I go out of my Appartment was the theme. I saw my door and how I locked it.
I thought yes I do shut down the lights and lock the door. 
Andy was a theme, too.

Associations:

I have a new Appartment. And my aunt who helped me with some furniture will come to visit for the first time. 
Then Andy will live here for the month of march. 
I do shut down the lights.

So last Friday I was in the kitchen at work, when a co-worker came in and asked his usual line, "What's up lady?" My reply to him was the usual "Nothing, what's up with you?"

Here's where it gets strange. Right after that came out of my mouth, I heard in my mind (but it was like I actually heard it) my next door neighbor at home saying his usual line "Living the dream". Next second I hear my co-worker, who doesn't EVER use this line say, "Living the dream".

I got goosebumps all over. It was like I heard it twice in rapid succession. I told my co-worker what had just happened, but even though he smiled I could tell he thought I was weird.

So, my question is this - Was it a split second of precognition on my part, telepathy from me to him or vice versa? All I know is more things like this have been happening to me recently.

Multiple dreams again.

Scene 1. I am riding a bicycle and other people are walking. I get to a spot in the path that is very steep and the path goes down into a valley. I think that maybe I should just walk my bike down so I won't fall trying to ride it. Once I get to the bottom I realize I lost my bicycle along the way so I start back to find it. (afterthoughts: I don't own a bicycle or have ridden one in years. On the way to work this morning I saw a man riding a bicycle along the hwy. I have driven this same road at the same time for 3 years and this is the first time I see someone riding a bicycle.)


Scene 2. I am holding a co-worker's 6mth old baby and the baby wants to talk with me. We talk for a bit and then I give her back to her mother. I notice a fireplace mantle & see Easter baskets for each of the family members. (afterthoughts: I don't remember what the baby and I talked about.)

Scene 3. I am in London or somewhere near there. I have business to take care of. (afterthoughts: I have been to this place before in dreams.)

Scene 4. I am at a beach house talking with a young woman and then my ex-husband walks in. We talk for a while and the woman leaves and the ex is upset that she is leaving. He is worried that she will get hurt. I talk with him and try to help. We then notice people arriving at the other beach houses near us. We go back in the beach house. (afterthoughts: I have been to this place in dreams recently. It seems to be a meeting place for Dreamers.)
