last night I saw 100's of trillions of red ants attacking. everywhere I put my foot down they swarmed to it. then I saw 100s of bald eagles that had been plucked and were covered in blood sitting around what looked to be a courthouse. I asked when is this coming and saw the date February 26/27 written just like that.

14th February 2016

I dreamt of my ex-wife. The theme is psychological, the processing of what has happended in our relationship. In another time she seemed to be more willing to cooperate in this, now she had less interest. And it seemded she will not have anymore interest. 

My Mother who was strongly opposed to my relationship to my ex-wife was in the Dream, too. 

Then something with a Petrolstation which I saw at the left a little more downhill, and a Black Door. 

Interpratation: 

I am getting divorced of my ex wife, and yesterday she wrote to me a mail that was not so nice. She will not want to help me to make the things i still have in her Familiy`s house more useful. She should still have some german books and I thought to give them to a Library or a Bookstore. She wrote to me, I have nothing in her House. 

Then i went to shop today at a petrolstation. I bought some Milk and Cheese for an old man who can`t walk so well anymore.

I was at my parent's house and I was looking out the window. It was twilight. There was a large flagstone patio (which does not exist in the waking world) with two tall poles with very large parrots on them. Sitting right next to each parrot was an owl the same size as the parrot. The owls were attacking the parrots- biting them on the back of the neck with their beaks to break their spinal cords. I was horrified and called out "Why weren't the parrots being protected from predators!?" I went outside to try to shoo away the owls but it was too late. The owls were ready to carry off their victims to their nests.

Dreamed 2-14-16 in the wee hours.

I awoke in a bummed-out mood because of this dream. I maybe didn't remember all of it but I remember enough, if so.

It was daylight and I had one daughter with me, but we didn't talk to each other. This was more of me observing and what my thoughts and actions were.
We were at something, an art fair or flea market? there were very long rows of vendors or exhibits. Fine weather, etc.

It was crowded at first and then there were rumbles of blacks attacking whites so people left quite quickly. Didn't see any arrests or anything and didn't get to focus on what types of weapons, if any were used.

Then the parking area of the thing was almost empty, and I was strategically thinking how I would get us to my car, as I saw gangs on some rows/aisles of the thing and in the distance, knowing they were watching and scanning for someone else to attack, most likely.

We walked several rows, saw some of the bad ones and I was leading us like in a maze to get us to my car and get out of there. I then awoke from what felt like a sound sleep.

Emotion of very concerned and dismayed, I think even disgusted. Yet, in the dream I had peace that we were getting out of there, but with wisdom and strategic thinking.

Totally awake in my bed was a really bummed mood, somber and yet annoyed at the reality of this dream.

PS, no intention with this dream, not for a recent dream to clarify or anything. Not even just wishing, before sleep.

13th February 2016

Joey and I are in an Appartment. Rachel is in it too and she wants to go out. Joey wants to make her see his expression of a `Sad Wife`. Rachel knows the expression, but doesn`t know he wants her to see it. She just wants to go out. But me and Joey stand like this that she has to pass before Joey and look at him. Rachel doesn`t really, know if it is serious or not and is sort of amused. 

The floor in the appartment is of wood. And she walks around in rooms, and then wants to pass the entrance/exitroom where Joey awaits here with the `Sad Wife` expression on his face.

Every now and again I get the inspiration to encourage participation at the NDC. As we’ve talked about before, I think we’ve all been lurkers at some point, before we took the plunge and started contributing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with testing the waters and seeing how it all works and fits together. Everyone is welcome here, and I think it’s a great community of like-minded people from a variety of backgrounds.

But this time I want to encourage all you little dreamers and potential dreamers to add your voice to the site.  I think we all get into the mindset that the posted dreams need to be precognitive directly – and that’s not true. While we would all like to have a BIG dream that says exactly what will happen, and get the kudos for that, the bot is scouring dream websites every day for repeating language, and that can come from any dream, big or small, stated in plain dream language, or metaphor. And the more dreams that are recorded, the more data the bot has to mine.

I’ve also heard it discussed that it’s wrong to put your personal spin and interpretation into the telling of the dream. In my opinion, I don’t think that’s true. My use of the word “heaven” in a dream description may pop up in other’s dreams as well, and that’s what the bot is looking for. Anyway, we all need to be encouraged to foster good dream health, and encourage our dreams to come to us so we can record and honor them. I’m working on remembering, and have had some success recently, although I will admit some recent dreams are of a personal nature, and I will keep those in my personal journal only, but recorded nonetheless.

More recently it came to my attention that low vitamin D levels can not only weaken your immune response, but also can create sleep disturbances and issues. Please see your doctor if you think that could be the case, and have your levels checked. It’s been estimated that 50% of Americans are deficient in this important hormone.

For recording your dreams, a journal is a time-tested way to go. Give me a journal, a pen, and a flashlight and I am set to record (and it also reminds me of being a kid with a good book under the covers)!

There are also some really cool dream recording apps out there. Some are dream journals, and some voice record (that’s if your partner doesn’t mind you whispering in the middle of the night)! There are even some I've seen that let you set "reality checks" for those of you interested in lucid dreaming.

As far as timing, the weekend is a great time to start recording your dreams! Typically people get more sleep, and don’t wake to an alarm. This allows for more and longer REM cycles, and also for a gentler awakening, so you can hopefully (barring kids, pets, and partners who are “morning people”) wake slower and ponder your dream a bit before stirring too much. That helps keep the dream memory intact.

I also want to mention, be wary of dream dictionaries for interpreting symbology in dreams. If the symbol’s interpretation doesn’t ring true, then your subconscious wasn’t making that connection either. Some might say an owl means wisdom, and another person could equate an owl with being a predator. Exploring how a multitude of interpretations could possibly fit, and then feeling out which ring true for you is a much better way to go.

As I was pondering my personal situation, (I got a job here in Denver, but have a possible opportunity to move back to Las Vegas), I suddenly heard Mel Gibson's voice say "Stay the course"...

So I'm taking it as a sign to stay in Denver and work through all the technical issues.

(1st Note: From a scene in his movie "The Patriot", when his son Gabriel had died and his friend was telling Mel "stay the course", when Mel wanted to give up).

(2nd Note: I don't know why I get "messages" or replies in celebrity voices? This is only the second time it's happened to me, so still a new experience for me... Lol, though I'm finding this very amusing and different).

I don't recall dreaming last night or this morning, but upon waking this morning, I heard the word "Seismic".

No immediate reactions towards it, though I'm feeling like we'll be seeing an increase in activity soon.
