Traum 22. Juni 2014 (Sommersonnenwende) ca. zwischen 04:00 und 07:00 Uhr
Versuche mit meinem R5-Gesicht

Ich bin in einem Bereich der Lernebene, wo es um den R4-Körper geht. Es könnte die "Stadt Kor"sein: Alle Körperfunktionen funktionieren prima. Ich gehe durch das "Gebäude des Körpers" und finde mich gut zurecht und bin gut orientiert. Wenn ich etwas suche, finde ich es auch. Alles ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und funktioniert auch.

Ich gehe weiter in eine Praxis. Dort arbeiten einige Ärzte und auch ein Orthopäde in der realen Welt hier, der multidimensional arbeitet. Aber er ist jünger, schlanker und hat volles Haupthaar. Ich würde sagen, er ist in seinem "Bestzustand". Er beobachtet mich kurz und ist zufrieden mit meinem Zustand aber offenbar etwas verwundert über meine Entwicklung. Nachdenklich geht er weiter. Wir sprechen nicht miteinander.

Ich gehe weiter zu einem Raum, in dem Handwaschbecken und Spiegel sind. Schon auf dem Weg dorthin merke ich, wie ich höher werde als mein Körper. So etwa 1 bis 1 1/2 Meter. Ich erinnere mich daran, wie meine Schwester mir (in der realen Welt hier) erzählte, daß sie manchmal dieses Phänomen erlebt. Aha, denke ich, das geht also jetzt bei mir auch. Super! Ich versuche, das Gefühl zu stabilisieren, bin achtsam und gehe weiter in den Waschraum hinein.

Ich sehe in einen Spiegel und sehe mein Gesicht. Aber es sieht etwas anders aus als sonst und es ist leicht geschminkt. Die Haut ist sehr hell. Vor allem die Augen fallen mir auf. Die Iris ist hellblau, die Pupillen sind weit, die Wimpern sind sehr lang und so mit Wimperntusche versehen, dass etwa 2-3 Wimpern zu kleinen exakt spitz zulaufenden Bündel verbunden sind, außerdem ein kräftiger schwarzer Lidstrich, der nach außen breiter wird und abrupt schräg abgeschnitten endet.

Ich neige den Kopf leicht nach hinten und sehe plötzlich, dass das nicht mein R4-Körper-Gesicht ist, sondern mein R5-Körper-Gesicht (Es handelt sich also um einen Astral-Spiegel). Das R4 Gesicht sehe ich jetzt etwa 50 bis 70 cm tiefer. Ich trete etwas zurück und kann jetzt beide Gesichter gleichzeitig sehen.

Ich vergleiche die Gesichter. Das R5 Gesicht sieht deutlich damenhafter aus. Es hat eine kleine Ähnlichkeit mit einer Museumskuratorin, deren Erscheinung und Auftreten ich im am 20. November 2013 bei der Eröffnung der Sonderausstellung "Im Tempel des Ich" sehr bewundert habe. Obwohl sie nicht "aufgewacht" ist, strahlte sie absolute, risikofreudige Hingabe und absolute Disziplin aus. Sie war dezent geschminkt. Ihre Kleidung war allerdings erzkonservativ mit Perlenkette, also nicht mein Fall. Aber ihre Disziplin und den ungeheuren Fleiß, mit dem sie dieses Riesen Projekt gestemmt hat und ihre knappe, perfekte Eröffnungsrede, stilvoll vom Blatt gelesen, das alles habe ich vorbehaltlos bewundert.
Es könnte aber auch sein, dass der Ausstellungstitel "Tempel des Ich" die Ursache für die Verschlüsselung in meinem Traum war. Wie dem auch sei.


Ich sehe beide Gesichter gleichzeitig, aber das R5-Gesicht ist viel beweglicher und metamorph. Ich probiere ein paar heitere Gedanken und Gefühle aus. Das Gesicht reagiert sofort, sehr lebhaft. Ich finde die Formen, die entstehen absolut faszinierend. Was für eine Fülle, was für ein Formenreichtum! (In unserer heutigen Welt entstehen ja dank des Internets derartige Fülle-Bilder als Spiegel des unendlichen Formenreichtums der menschlichen Kreativität auch in der realen Welt hier).
Ich verstehe jetzt vollständig den Satz von Karl Kiesewetter "ein jeder Gedanke, jedes Wort und jede That besitzt eine bleibende und lebende magische Existenz, welche das Reich der Finsternis oder des Lichts auf reale Weise vermehrt." (Karl Kiesewetter, Der Occultismus des Altertums, 21896 (ND Olms 1987), S. 311).

Also denke ich, ich probiere jetzt mal einen Gedanken & ein Gefühl aus dem Reich "der Schwarzen Sonne" aus. Nur ganz kurz, einen Hauch nur, denn es geht ja um mein Gesicht. Um mich! Um mein energetisches Aussehen. Muss eben jetzt zu Forschungszwecken sein, denke ich.
Ich nehme also "negatives Urteil über einen anderen", "Ablehnung" so was in der Richtung (z.B. Ablehnung der erzkonservativen Kleidung). Mein R5 Gesicht reagiert sofort. Es sieht alt aus, die Schminke wirkt wie brüchiger Zement, tiefe Furchen überall, Leid, Verwahrlosung. (Ich verstehe jetzt, was die sog. Trunkene Alte darstellen soll, s. 2 Bilder).

       


Aber man erkennt mich noch. Ich lächle etwas angestrengt. Die Zähne stehen weit auseinander. Ich verstehe jetzt den Satz Homers: etwas entkommt dem Gehege der Zähne. Oder J.W. von Goethe, Reinecke Fuchs (Viertes Kapitel): "ihm stehen die Zähnchen gar artig ums Mäulchen".


Ich schalte "Ablehnung" ab um zu sehen, ob ich mich wieder zurückverwandeln kann. Subito sehe ich wieder intakt aus. Wow. Ich probiere jetzt etwas stärkeres aus: "Feindschaft". Instantan verwandelt sich mein Gesicht in eine Fratze, die etwas hin und her wackelt (vgl. Bild einer Afrikanischen Maske; sie ist sehr, sehr ähnlich!).

   

Nichts ist von mir übrig, gar nichts. Die Fratze sieht entfernt ähnlich aus wie afrikanische Masken, sie ist schwarz, braun, weiß mit ein paar Farben (das vertikale Perlenband fehlte in meinem Traum). Ich bin verblüfft über die Totalität der Verwandlung und schalte sofort ab.
Ich fahre aus dem Traum hoch und bin hellwach


Erkenntnis daraus: Mir ist jetzt klar, dass man in R5 niemals, wirklich niemals, keine 1.000.000stel Sekunde eine heftige negative Emotion zulassen sollte. This is the power of Thought-Consciousness. Sie wird sich früher oder später in R4 als Störung manifestieren. Die Zeitspanne, bis sich etwas von R5 in R4 manifestiert, beträgt 1 Gaud (gehört am 24. Dezember 2012 etwa um 7:00 Uhr: Die Dauer zwischen dem Handeln des spirituellen Körpers und dem Handeln bzw. Erleben des physischen Körpers beträgt 1 Gaud. (Der spirituelle Körper lebt 2 bis 4 Tage schwingungsmäßig voraus sagt Ac Tah http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cj-vyXs2uko am 3.12.2011 und http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvO03aYL0gY am 5.12.2011).

Es ist m.E. auch falsch, in R4 sozusagen als Gegenzauber, solche apotropäischen Fratzen überhaupt herzustellen, wie es wohl fast alle Völker tun. Von dieser 'Magie' sollte man in R4 überhaupt keinen Gebrauch machen.
Ich verstehe jetzt auch vollständig, was es bedeutet, wenn Menschen sich schminken oder den Körper anmalen oder tätowieren, z.B. Reinhard Gammenthaler (s. Bild). Sie versuchen, ihr energetisches Aussehen in R5 nach R4 zu projizieren.


   

Dream June 22, 2014 (summer solstice) about 04:00 to 07:00 am
Testing the Face of the Astral Body

I am in a range of the learning level, where it comes to the R4-body. It could be the "City Kor":
All bodily functions work fine. I walk through the "building of my body" and find myself along well and am well oriented. If I'm looking for something, I can find it. Everything is well furnished, clean and works properly.

I moved on into a doctor's office. A handful of physicians work there and and also an orthopedist I know in the real world here who works multidimensionally. But he is younger, slimmer and has full hair. I would say he is in his "best imaginable shape".

He watched me shortly and is pleased with my condition but obviously a little surprised about my development. Thoughtfully he walked along. We are not talking to each other.

I go on to sort of a 'ladies room'. While I'm on the way I notice how I'm growing higher than my body, about 1 to 1½ meter higher than my actual body height. I remember how my sister (in the real world here) said that she sometimes experienced this phenomenon. Great, I think. I'm also experiencing this kind of shapeshift, excellent! I'm trying to stabilize the feeling, I'm mindful and move further into the 'ladies room'. Still in the corridor I look inside and I see may be 10 white washhandbasins framed by dark marble all around. The walls are allover covered with huge mirrors. The uppermost row of mirrors near the ceiling is inclined downward at an angle of 45°. The floor is bright and the ceiling is black. There are no windows. The room is about 10m².

I enter the room, approach one of the washhandbasins straight ahead, look into the mirror and see my face. But it looks a bit different than usual and it shows easy make up. The skin is very bright. Especially the eyes attract my attention. The iris is light blue, the pupils are very enlarged, the eyelashes are very long and with mascara applied to them. Approximately 2-3 eyelashes form a small accurately pointed bundle. There is a strong black eyelid line, too. Outwards it is painted wider and ends in a classic wing.

Then I bend my head back slightly and suddenly recognize that what I'm seeing here is not my R4-body-face, but my R5-body-face (i.e. this is an astral-level-mirror). My normal R4 face I now can see about 50 to 70 cm further down. I step back a bit and now I'm able to see both faces simultaneously.

I compare the two faces. The R5 face looks much more ladylike. It has little similarity with a museum curator whose appearance and demeanor I greatly admired on 20th November 2013 at the opening of an exhibition titled "In the Temple of the Self". Although not "woken up", she radiated absolute, risk-seeking dedication and absolute discipline. She was painted discreetly. Her clothes were ultra conservative with pearl necklace, so not my thing. But the way she realized this huge, huge project, her discipline and the enormous diligence, her concise, perfect opening speech, read stylish at sight, all that I admired without any reservation.
But it could also be that the title of the exhibition "In the Temple of the Self" is the reason of the metaphoric encryption in my dream. Anyway.

I see both faces simultaneously, but the R5-face is much more flexible and metamorphic. I try out a few light-hearted thoughts and feelings. The face reacts immediately, very lively. The forms that arise are absolutely fascinating. What a wealth, what a variety of forms! (Thanks to the internet in our today-world we can see a plethora of images that mirror the never ending overabundance of human creativity, too). I now completely understand the quote of Karl Kiesewetter "every thought, every word and every action owns a permanent and living magical existence, which propagates the kingdom of darkness or the kingdom of light in a real way." (Karl Kiesewetter, Occultism in Antiquity, 2nd edition 1896 [reprint Olms 1987] p 311).

I'm thrilled with this auspicious astral-mirror setting and I get very curious... This is the moment to start some experiments. I feel excited to test out a feeling of the realm of the "Black Sun" (i.e. evil). But only very briefly, just a touch, because this affects my face, it affects me! Because I know: its all about my energetic appearance. But now, for the sake of research, it has to be. I must do this.

So I'm testing "negative judgment about another", "rejection" something in that direction (for example, rejection of ultraconservative clothing). My face R5 reacts immediately. It looks old, the make-up looks like brittle cement, deep ruts everywhere, suffering, neglect, squalidness. Immediately I understand what the so-called "Drunken Old Woman" represents (see 2 pictures).


       


But I can still recognize me. I strain myself and try to smile slightly. The teeth are widely spaced. I now understand the sentence of Homer: something escapes the bawn of the teeth, and J.W. von Goethe, Reynard the Fox: (Chapter 4: Reynard on his favorite and youngest son Greyskin) his sweet little teeth stand goody-goody (i.e. displayed in all beauty) around his sweet little mouth.

I turn off "rejection" to see if I can change back again. Instantaneously my face is completely intact. Wow. I breath a sigh of relief. But now I feel encouraged to try something stronger, e.g. "hostility". Instantly my face turns into a ferocious grimace that shakes a little back and forth (see picture of an African Mask; very close).


   


Nothing is left of me, nothing. I'm totally gone. The grimace looks remotely similar like African masks, it's black, brown, white with a few colors (there was no  vertical band with blue and white pearls on my dream-mask). I am amazed at the totality of the transformation and turn off "hostility" immediately.
I startled and woke up immediately.


What I learned from this experiment: I'm now very clear that in R5 you never, really never, not a thousandth part of a second should allow an intense negative emotion. This is the "Power of Thought-Consciousness". You will manifest these thoughts & emotions sooner or later in R4 as interference. The length of time until something is manifested out of R5 into R4 is 1 Gaud (heard on December 24, 2012 approximately at 7:00 am). The time between the action of the spiritual body and the action or experience of the physical body is 1 Gaud. (The spiritual body lives 2 to 4 days vibrationally ahead, says Ac Tah http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cj-vyXs2uko December 3rd 2011 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvO03aYL0gY) December 5th 2011).

After this experiment, in my opinion, it is also wrong to produce such apotropaic faces at all, as a preventive counter spell so to speak. But almost all cultures do this. It is, in my opinion, much better to totally refrain from this sort of magic in R4.
Now I understand completely, what it means when people put on makeup or body-paint or tattoos (e.g. Reinhard Gammenthaler, see picture). They try to project their energetic appearance out of R5 into R4.

   

Intention: I would like to have dreams about significant events that will occur from Sep. 20th to Sep. 25th

I had no significant dreams until after I got up and gave some attention to my cats, which for the life of me I don't know what they wanted.

In my dream, I was lap swimming in a chlorinated pool. I was having no difficulty with the swimming, but I was having great difficulty with breathing, even though my head was properly out of the water. I was not breathing the water, the air just wouldn't come in. The pool was not particularly deep.


NOTE: I wound up waking up from this dream intentionally; my face had turned down into the pillow at some time during the dream, occluding my nose and mouth making it difficult to breathe. I believe this happened during the dream, not beforehand.

I can't think of any day residue to make me dream about swimming. I also had a dream about swimming earlier in the week, I don't recall what intention if any I had. In that dream I was swimming quickly and don't recall issues. Oddly I haven't done any swimming this year, and probably won't do any swimming for the rest of the year.

I don't remember much of this dream from last night but decided to post it since I am not the only person with a water dream this week.
I was at an unfamiliar airport, mid-sized like a Burbank airport in Ca.  It was daytime and the skies were overcast.  I was on a small aircraft which held perhaps 6-8  passengers. We were near a terminal but away not connected to a gate or stairs.  As the plane was trying to move down toward the runway to taxi, something wasn't right.  I looked down out the window and noticed our plane wheels were submerged under water.  The waterline was 3/4's of the way to the top of the wheel.  The pilot said he was going to try and fly out anyway but it was soon apparent we were unable to move much and could become trapped.  The water was climbing but slowly.  I needed leave the aircraft so I hopped out and was perhaps on the wing, then jumped on the roof of a gate ramp and headed to the terminal looking for a way inside from where I was located on top of the ramp.  Then the phone rang and woke me up.

I was concerned but not afraid.  I knew in the dream that airports would not flood like this so there was a major problem happening.  It wasn't raining during the dream but looked like it could rain.  I had the impression that this was more a flood event and not really a rain event.

Hello this is my first submission. I have had two different dreams this week the first one was I am with friends that I have not seen in many years and we are all hanging out together talking about old times then all of a sudden there is water coming through the streets slowly at first then gaining in intensity we all turn to go inside the house. The thing is it was my house but I live in California and we were all in N.Y so my actual house was on a street that I lived on in Staten Island but all my friends are from Brooklyn. Then the dream jumps me to  I am with my wife and there are a lot of people around we are at a beach but there is a military ship there that they are letting people go on and see I can see on the wall pictures with golden frames I cant make out what is in the picture for some reason they are blurry. there is a man there in a white uniform with the stripes on his shoulder and the hat's that they wear. As we are walking through the ship we are again shifted to the street outside the beach we are walking up the street but the street is a very steep hill as we are walking it suddenly gets dark and water starts to come filling up the street as we are trying to get away I see this BIG house that has several floors and many steps to get to the front door there are people yelling hurry up but they are in a building that looks like a building that would be in the projects in Brooklyn but only one building we get to the door and I hear a voice saying you can not come in. I say why you are letting them all in and the voice says it is not your time you have much left to do. I am then moved to the top of this hill to watch it turns daylight again and I wake up. Dream 2 this dream came for two nights me and my wife are out side our house doing some yard work it is a beautiful day sunny, clear skies so we decide to take a break and go in the pool for a few and cool off and have some lunch as we are eating, our dog's Denver & Bijoue start growling and barking now when they growl and bark it is big they are both XL Rotties so we don't really worry to much about trespassers but they were very agitated about something going on outside so we go outside and there is water coming down the street about ankle high there is a giant plant that is round in shape hanging from the over hang of the roof but we don't have one and these people are trying to steal it for some reason and for some reason this plant if that's what it was, was very important to us. There were 6 or 7 Asian men trying to take this giant plant thing  I couldn't fight them all so I went into the house and grabbed my firearm and said please just leave us alone and just go I do not want to hurt anyone please just leave. I had a feeling my pleas were falling on deaf ears they acted like I wasn't there holding a gun on them then all of a sudden one of the men looked at me and shook his head in a way when someone is saying no. He then put his hand toward his back I said please don't make me do this he continued his motion and I fired hitting him in his chest when the bullet hit him he went backwards then all of the men morphed into one and pointed up that's when we saw what I first thought was a dragon it had an EVIL face but I realized it was something else I think it was either a asteroid or possibly a missal it had a long tail that was blue orang and a brilliant red flying overhead heading east the men then suddenly were gone and we ran inside to grab our important thing's that we already have setup in " Bug Out Bags" turned on the TV to see if there was anything about it on there and I was awakened by my dog's barking at the window. OHHH I was so upset that I didn't get to finish this dream but that's it for now . I very much appreciate this website and the people on it and thank you to anyone who takes the time to read my submission and I will be posting my dreams as they come. singing attraction president: If it’s Barry, I agree. He serves as pretty much entertainment if you ask me. However, this lingo might be associated with a CEO/President of an entertainment company, probably a music label.
bad moon crying: The last blood moon is September 28, 2015. Are people crying because this is the last of the four blood moons, or perhaps the prophecies do take place and as a result, the masses are crying because of something catastrophic. The word BAD in this lingo is very telling.

Finally, don’t be quick to dismiss Australia in our run. Cliff Beyond Australia. We need a verb….what happens to the cliff?

Eating Bank Rock Moon

I think I might have something.
After seeing a few news articles today and really thinking through what these words are trying to tell us, here is where I am leaning.
Eating- food, the need for consuming nourishment
Bank- a place where things are stored safely like money or FOOD. Also a  river bank
Rock- a mineral or gem or...Earth (third rock from the sun)
Moon- a symbol for a time frame or simply a symbol to grab our attention ( moon is more fuzzy to figure out)

In the recent news:
El Nino
Today there is a huge article about El Nino.  El Nino means "the child" which was named for Christ because of the Christmas time frame it often begins to effect things.  (Note, a possible reference of El Nino with "Jesus" in today's dreambot run), If it does indeed become the largest El Nino ever recorded as predicted, then we are talking about dramatic implications for food globally.  Drought and fires where there should be rain and an over abundance of rain where there normally isn't. Think food scarcity on a global stage.

Today there is an article about how food banks across the nation, even with an improving economy, are in crisis. People lining up at 6 in the morning for food. The need is up dramatically from last year.

Globally, we are already having major water issues. (drought, polluted rivers which are used for drinking, floods).

Dreams:  
Lots of food related dreams.  Yes Food in general (cheese, pizza, spaghetti, apple) has been showing up in our dreams because these words are in the dreambot runs.
But what about our NDC dreams of late.
We have had  spoiled food dreams and cattle beef dreams. Bad water dreams and fake food dreams. Also scarcity dreams.
This might indicate a food crisis ahead.

This doesn't even speak to the millions of people in global areas who have scarcity of food and clean water right now, without EL Nino.

We simple do NOT get repeated groupings of the same words OVER AND OVER. Not like this. Whatever we are reading in the botruns, there is an important message.  I say this knowing that words in dreambot runs can have contrasting meanings for the same word.  For instance, Bank may also mean a savings bank, or world bank. Rock may mean landslide. It doesn't negate those things happening.  I just think the continued grouping of these words mean something specific. I believe it is a food (and water) scarcity issue which is going to get BAD.

Anyone want to explore this further?

2 or 4 days ago I recall dreaming about Russians attacking USA. 
It was just quick, it lasted about a few seconds and no visual drama, just soldiers and I think I heard/saw something about planes and invasion. 

Not the first dream I have about Russian military. 
I also dreamed, a few months ago, about DC being taken on by Russian aircraft...a soldier spots me hiding from an aircraft in parking lot, but I and someone else am eventually stopped at gunpoint, I say something like " Surrender and inherit" and I think the Russian soldier lets me go. 

I also had a dream once, many months ago, about tanks coming out of bushes, and I remember using a rocket launcher or something to shoot at soldier on top of some building or whatever. I got a feeling these tanks and soldiers were starting problems, it was an attack/invasion out of nowhere/ shock and awe. I think it was NK that started it. 


But yeah. This will probably be the last dream thread I post; I have noticed my dreams are, at this current moment, just rehashed events from last night or previous days, news stories from last night, etc. This is unpleasant and it sucks. 
I will start staying away from the news and forums like this. 
But I will be finally starting my first audiobook about lucid dreaming by Stephen Laberge, so just because I am not posting anymore doesn't mean I stopped noting/thinking about dreams.  I will come back in a few months after I have read and learned more about dreaming.

08/12-13/15

Intention- incubation for MOON, foxes, waves.

Dream lasted all night it seemed and as one long metaphor, hence the two dates.

My mother called me to pay a visit. She passed over at 79. She asked me to go get her some cigarettes as she was out. I commented that cigarettes were not good for her. She laughed and said, " Honey, I am dead what difference does that make?". Check.
She always loved making me laugh. She doesn't come to visit often, only when its important.
Mom also asked that before I go, would I get her a cup of coffee. It looked like she was in a hospital or institution of some sort, not as a patient, more as staff (not staph).
I went to a kitchenette for coffee pot and cups. None. Any cups evaporated in my hand. No faucets either or water dispenser. Curious. I had to tell mom that there wasn't anything to make coffee or bring it in. She told me to get some at the store.
Off I went.
Whoops!
Wow, gee- where did thatwater come from?
Inundation- lots of people in the water, furniture, debris. How will I get across this mess?
I did.
No stores left to buy anything.
Back across the water to tell mom the disappointing news. Well, she is no longer alive so what should it matter?
In the water that smells foul, lots of foam and more people. A huge wave appears to scoop me up. It knew me!

I saw a broader view of the devastation on top of the wave. I saw camps (like Haiti), barbed wire fences, desert.
The wave gently dropped me down at dry land.

I returned to my mother who was now with another friend Virginia, who passed over at the age of 79. I miss them both.
The both passed over in New Mexico, that told me location, Southwest.
I was confused about the water so went to a 'Meetin' to get answers. The Firekeeper, name was 'Two Foxes'(day residue?) at the door of the teepee handed me a button telling me there will be no 'tea' as there is no more water to make tea. I have to eat the button dry. Also there will be cornmeal after Morning Water but no meat as there were no animals left alive to use. Morning Water was symbolic as there was no more water either. White man's big ways have now taken what little water was left.

so that was it.

The desert has little or no water. What is there is now unusable. Why the wave and devastation there are no large bodies of water around for a tsunami event in that location?
Two Foxes told me the answers are in plain sight. Water is like gold, the most valuable element on earth. Nothing can live without it.

My mother's birthday was September. She passed in April.
Virginia's birthday was April, she passed in September. hmmmm 7+9=16
The September moon- phases- taurus through gemini, cancer, leo- starting September 2 into part of 9/11 and 16 days from that to a full moon eclipse on the 27th.
We will see much illness, loss of life, destruction. What little water there is will be unusable unless one digs a hole and burrows in.
