I had a really strange dream where I was outside in an area that looked desolate but at one time was an arena? There was a woman there and she was asking me questions but was on the ground crying. Suddenly I stood up and started screaming "bleed the sky, bleed the sky" until I woke up.
Weird!

I Had a dream about the world flooding a few months back. I have been having dreams about flooding for as long as I can remember along with a meteor or small fragments of burning dibree falling from the sky.
In the dream it was really hot outside and hundreds of dirty men and I were hammering nails into a huge wooden ship we were building. I was then taken above the world and shown a picture of the planet as if I was looking at it on a flat tv or a map of all the continents. Where I am in california almost every part was taken over by wAter. Only small little islands on the edge that connects to nevada, and a few bits of the Bay Area , but for the most part california was gone.
I would say from the map I was shown that very little land was left. I remember a huge portion of land that was left was the northern part of Russia and China and a big section of Africa and a decent amount of South America was left but America was only islands . The biggest section of land was in the mid west but was no bigger than Texas.

A few days after Russia posted troops in the Ukraine I had a dream that things were going to change. That the change would be difficult. And that we weren't going to like it much. But that we would survive. In the dream I was trying to tell this to my neighbors who were all in the street talking about our situation. I tried to assure them we would be okay, but that a change was coming.

I've forgotten some details is it was a few months ago, but remember it for the most part.
It began with me walking to my car at my college, it's twilight-esque, and as I'm nearing it someone (within the dream is a friend) cries out and points behind me. I turn around and see that the sky is alight with stars, he says something along the lines of "the north star has disappeared", and I respond "no, it's over there" and as I do it flares an incredibly bright light.
Somehow it quickly transitions to me going to their (two more people appear) vehicle and I sit in the front passenger seat. The one driving and a guy in the back are discussing a grave issue of the one in the back having cancer, the front is engrossed in pitying him, and I interrupt him to point out that there's a cop ahead and he needs to slow down. He gets angry that I cut him off from his speaking and the one with the malady says "No, he's right".
The car keeps going and the dream transitions to me driving a vehicle on a bridge (raised highway) going over a swamp and 3 of my best friends from high school are in it. Driving quickly with crazy swerves left and right, then a fish falls from the sky and I quickly stop.
My best friend from high school and I get out. (here is where it is a bit hazy too), either the fish flopped off the bridge into a patch of dry dirty/swamp land amidst the bogs or my friend threw it down to kill it. He jumps down (20ft or so) and calls (or motions) for me to come. I jump and land fine. He cuts open the fish and smears a goop inside (that's all there was, like cracking open a soft egg in the shape of a fish with a brown goop inside) on his face like, he motions me to do the same. I ask what's going on and he replies "we're going to catch a gator", I nod in approval/understanding and smear it on my face.

Then, noises from within my house woke me up.
If you can glean anything from this, I'd be much obliged. I hope it can help your research as well.
I've got to say too, this dream was the closest thing to lucid without me realizing it.
Not sure if this helps, but I've had a few lucid dreams where I managed to take control of them and bend the entirety of the dream to my will, changing location within and everything. I've never practiced it or anything, just sort of happened when it did.
Also, the swamp place is somewhere I've never been before nor that I can recall ever seeing.

6/2/14- #117 my apartment # - flight 17 seeing this number in my dream scared me so much I jumped up from my sleep wondering why looking at my door with my apartment # on it scared me so much.

I should have posted this dream here instead of the comments. I apologize:

The first dream I had was about 6/15/14. I was in a house and in the bathtub there was a partially built nuclear bomb. It was being put together with Vacuum parts. I don't remember much more about this dream.. Nothing else happened.

Then at about 6/25/14, I dreamed that I was going down the freeway in a wooden motorhome. We were going down the freeway downhill. There was a wooden transmission and we were trying to slow down. The transmission stick broke and we were going downhill out of control..

I then looked behind us (south?) and there were 7 or so bright white orbs. These orbs seemed to float then they each got brighter until there were a flash. There was no noise and the flashes were up high in the atmosphere. They each went off one by one. Each time there was a shockwave. I looked forward (North?) and there were 7 or so white orbs in front of us that did the same.

Nothing else happened and the dream ended.

In real life, a friend of mine owns a single engine parachute plane. In my dream, I was the pilot of this plane. We had to maneuver through trees and powerlines, but did so with a lot of ease. We both were very happy and excited with the experience.

I dreamt that I was in a group of people. We were to go into these really gross, dirty buildings where we talked and worked. There were showers to the side with no curtains or anything, they were pretty disgusting looking as well.

I saw some people get undressed and climb into the showers to clean themselves, and I couldn't help but wrinkle my nose at that because the water coming out was just filthy. It looked also like the showers were just made out of busted old pipes too. I could just imagine it being a busted sewage line or something, at any rate, I had decided that the water spraying out was just full of germs and that I would be better off not having a shower at all.

Eventually, something had happened, and a lot of the people I was with vanished. I was scrounging for food when I met a group of tribal-like people. American Indians maybe? At any rate, they took me in and had me work gathering.

At one point, I was to carry something important on some sort of thing that looked like a stretcher... but not the ones with wheels. The ones with two poles supporting a cloth. An old-fashioned stretcher I guess.

There was another person helping me. One corner of the stretcher rested on my right shoulder, and they were in the opposite corner supporting it with their left shoulder. There was a very special way that we were supposed to carry this thing. We had to march in a very specific way bringing our knees WAY up, and lightly jump on our toes. Every couple of steps we were to raise our fists up towards the sky.

When I did this, I noticed that I had a ring of red feathers around my wrist. I also had them around my ankle. We marched like this all over, but what was really neat was that we had to march over some clear, shallow water over some pinkish coral. It was so pretty... but it hurt my feet and I really don't know WHY we were marching. It was a fun experience though.

While we were marching, we passed a store made of glass. You could see right inside that they had a little bit of everything. It kind of reminded me of Wal-Mart. I had recalled that many people in the tribe needed things. One of the things was thicker clothes. I asked the other person helping me carry the thing, and they said that they would have to ask permission to go inside the store.

When we arrived back to the camp I guess we were living in now, the person I was with asked about shopping at the store, and the leader of the tribe said that it was not a good idea. Aside from that, they had no money. I suggested that we barter food instead, and after some debate, the leader begrudgingly allowed us to barter for clothes and other important things, but warned us not to buy superficial stuff or we would all surly die. Also, we had to be very discreet for whatever reason.

I was in downtown Little Rock, trying to " catch" a flying object so we ( mother & I ) HAD to get to Chicago in 15 minutes.

it was evening, there was people running everywhere, trying to catch a ride. Very scared, really need to leave this area.

Met some younger blonde woman and she gave me a ride out of town to go to a funeral of some very important person? once we got there....she said it was a good friend of hers and something about the funeral being of Ghana religion......she said the woman may have to go downstairs for study/worship and the men upstairs...the place was rather dark. I remember going in various rooms of the building and ended up getting my socks wet so had to take them off.

Then I told this woman I was with that I don't really personally know this important public figure and I don't need to go with her to the services. somehow then it came upon me that i had lost my purse with my keys and wallet and ID and I was searching everywhere to find....now I didn't know how to get back home. The lady that brang me helped search a bit and we left this building and I found my old purse which I didn't really bring this one on are journey. I found the important persons wallet in this purse with check book and other personal documents. The lady said maybe the other woman has my purse and maybe they got mixed up? the checkbook belonged to the important public figures wife. the lady I was with said she would return it eventually. There was also something about a vitamin or health drink that was bad for you or tasted bad or made you sick...the woman said she was taking them all back to the store. This drink came in many various flavors and in plastic bottles, just about the size of a Gatorade bottle. The lady said it was making everyone sick and not to drink.

then we traveled to the east past many high steep hills and a highway that had little bridges above the country highway ...almost like an over pass but small scaled and they we located where you would be driving up a hill that was steep so we had to slow down enough to make it past....one was decorated with a monkey head ceramic type sculpture ad had bowls with pebbles in them. it felt like the dishes were for leaving some kind of donation. after we passed that bridge we saw a train standing still...there was the guy with a big machine and he was ready to ram into the train with one train box he was carrying/lifting with this machine. We almost crashed into him but somehow managed to jump over it in the car we were in.


Lastly as we past the bridge on left side of road was a big green lush drop off. There was a older man riding a famous horse...but the horse looked to me like a large pony. He was called Sir Ellington and was wealthy and he was trotting with his horse. He came to edge of road and let me pet the horse, but said do not pet too much or too hard or the horse will become cranky. Then he invited us inside and it turns out this blonde woman I have been traveling with, this was her husband...he was 70 and in good health and very fit. She seemed to be early 30's. We looked out the back patio which was built on a hill and we could see where he was riding his horse down below....but nobody was there. To the right side was some kind of amusement type slide ride created for men that hunted and fished and such? It was a long sleek slide going down the hill
Then would be airborne at times and they had to wear some kind of head gear before trying out the ride..so I saw these men mostly in their 40's to 50's screaming as they went the slide on this hill...one guy came close to flying off the slide and onto the ground...I turned to my lady friend and said wow he almost didn't make it....she agreed it is dangerous but had nothing to do with her and her husband and there property, that some group just sets up this contraption every summer for a few days.
