Head’s up everyone: as August gets closer, we’re watching the 3D printing meme getting more and more pronounced. This time, we get a double-whammy from main stream media and alternative on the very same day.
First, let’s get a warmup with something that the BIG orthopedic corporations are NOT going to like…
3D-printed prosthetic arms rescue child victims of war
Project Daniel innovators want public to help solve next ‘impossible’ health-care challenge

Daniel Omar, a Sudanese teen who lost both arms in a bombing attack, is now able to feed himself thanks to the prosthetic arm designed by Mick Ebeling’s Not Impossible team.
Daniel Omar was a 14-year-old tending his goats in war-torn Sudan when the dirty bomb landed, full of kerosene and nails. The explosion cost him more than just his arms. It took away his means of survival, his will to live.
But help would come from a most unlikely source.
After reading a magazine article about Daniel’s plight, American Mick Ebeling helped pull together a “dream team” of innovators to create a low-cost prosthetic arm using 3D printing technology.
The prosthesis can be produced in a matter of hours using plastic, screws, cables and bolts — about $100 worth of parts in total.
May I please reiterate the fact that this fortunate soul received help from just $100 worth of materials?! May I also point out how furious this is to a lot of CEO’s in the Midwest (i.e., the biotech companies who specialize in prosthetics)? This is one thing that will have to be vilifed in short order if you’re one of those fat cats concerned about profits on fake joints, legs, hips, etc. For everyone else, this is an absolute Godsend!
Okay, now the big news. This is what the Project August folks have been waiting for…
3D printing of weapons….
2 links for you, as they both picked it up at the same time:

So why is this info so important to our Project August dreamers. Well, the following dream is perhaps the most direct evidence we have concerning the 3-pronged meme here (3D printer + weapons + agent).
Plastic Weapons Confiscated from Russian Agent

Project August Dreams June 1, 2014. Dream I am walking along a road near my parents’ farm in Minnesota. As I approach their farm house my role changes and I become an individual investigating a criminal activity involving illegally made weapons. Two of these weapons have several parts that where copied off of a 3D printer. The investigator realizes the individual who printed them is a Russian special forces or Russian agent. This agent is working covertly to over through another government. The investigator detains the Russian in a make shift holding cell but realizes without more proof than he already has the Russian may go free and do more harm.
The meme is getting real, folks, so watch out!
