Dreamt I walked into a Jewel Foods grocery store to purchase a few items.  As I walked through the store, I saw a pile of baskets to carry items, so I picked up a basket to use.  Store employee screamed at me that I could not pick up a basket in that location in the store.  An absurd new rule. People are looking at me as she is screaming at me.  I get embarrassed and angry, throw down the item I am carrying and walk out the store.  As I am walking out, I see a line of people streaming into the store.  They look ragged and worn out.

Next, I am driving home on a road with farm fields to my right.  The farmland is flooded, and the water is now covering the road in front of me.  Pretty deep water, but I think I can make it across in my jeep.

This dream probably reflects my concern about current flooding in the Midwest, with about 1 million farm acres under water and lots of cattle dead.  Food prices are expected to rise in the next year because of this flooding.

1. I'm in a psychology course and am supposed to take a test but I feel most of psychology is unimportant and the only thing worth investigating is the nature of consciousness…. I flunk the psychology test. [My reaction in waking life:   ]
2. I dream I take some drugs that are cosmic and mind changing in some fashion. I think it is DMT.
3. I dream about using my digital recorder to record several dreams [but in the morning upon waking find I have not recorded any dreams ]
4. I dream I am a professional baseball player but I can't find my hat. I feel I need a team hat. [In waking life I've recently offered to help a young house painter on a job. I am a retired painting contractor and have not done any painting for nearly a decade. Before leaving for this work I feel I need a hat. Searching through a box of old clothing suitable for painting work I come across a Seattle Mariners baseball hat. Precognition? maybe.

The following did not occur in a dream while sleeping.  I was resting with my eyes closed and I was very relaxed.  This is more of a vision with eyes closed.  I saw what could be described to look a bit like cards or Polaroid images.  This all occurred much like a visual presentation with the 'photos' moving into place before my mind's eye so to speak.  The first image was of the number '7' in front of one of the image cards. Then one of the photos showed a large mushroom shaped cloud.  Then this one moved away and another took its place.  This one had the image of a bright ball of orange light which I consider to be the sun.  It also had a few clouds slightly blocking the brightness.  Then there were 3 more images similar to the one of the sun but slightly different patterns of clouds or blocking.  That is pretty much it for what I saw.  
I am posting this mainly because it was an unusual 'presentation' for me.  Maybe I'll dream more.  But seeing a mushroom cloud is disturbing because of its association with atomic/nuclear explosives. All of the imagery felt important.  Does 7 represent time? Sun...the rising sun? Why 4 images of the sun?

Recently I've been reading a book, Real Magic, by scientist Dean Radin. There is a section where he discusses future events that cause an event in the present which causes the future event to happen. It's one of those mind boggling time loops, sort of like the theme in the Terminator movies, or the 12 Monkeys movie. I dream of Timothy, a local musician and song writer, who has a following in the Pacific NW. In the dream Timothy sings a song about the killing off of the buffalo herds and the murder of the Indian tribes. This song is terribly sad. Tim is singing the song at a small outdoor event where some American Indians are present, and who come up to him afterwards and thank him for the song. This song was so moving that I awoke crying. It is the only time in my life that I have awoken crying from a dream.
 Although I did not know Tim well at the time I approached him one evening at the tavern we both frequented and told him the dream. He said little but a few days later he told me that he had been in severe writer's block for a while, and after hearing my dream, he went home and staying up all night wrote the song, called The Buffalo Song. Months later he told me he'd sung the song at small gathering in Oregon where some Indians were present. They came to him afterwards and thanked him for the song.
 Now if the only thing that had happened was Tim went home and wrote the song, I think a skeptic of these matters could rightfully say: Well, your dream caused your friend to write the song, end of story. But the real confirmation here is the Indians coming up to him at a venue as seen in the dream. I feel that this event in the future somehow was supposed to happen, and I was, oddly, an intermediary in its unfolding in reality. Also the vividness and power of the dream was the feeling I always get from psi dreams. Interesting after-comment: On Tim's first cd, is the song which is listed as "The Buffalo Song (for Richard)"

In the last three days, we have had in the collective unconscious, all out war then an ancient female leader (aka Divine Feminine), and now today is all about HEALING, both inside and out.
