So I was in Steamboat springs for the weekend festivities. I had helped to return stuff to people who had put in on display. When done I went to a friends home who was having a party, the band cut their show short as the flooding had begun the band was on a floating something or other also. I snuck on and then they put out more helium balloons and we took off.

The water got so high and melted so fast it was so massive of a flood homes were eaten, people the water carved a hole in the earth where most SLO's, we almost went that we settled back down when we knew we were safe.

I Live outside of town that's why I was visiting. Seemed like summer, but rain had to have fell on snow for that much water

I am in a cliff side town, I am focusing on the brick work in front of me when my attention is pulled toward the horizon, I see black smoke. It looks as though a helicopter has gone down in the water, and has not sunk yet but is floating at the surface on fire... The horizon begins to fill with a wider form of black possible clouds or smoke. As if a devastating storm is approaching.

As I am watching I see the waves begin to get higher and higher as they hit the shore... there are several police lights now and it looks like the police cars are pulling something out of the water. I am having a difficult time making sense of what i am seeing. Police cars don't float. The entire horizon is now filled with black, like dark black smoke. This must be something else, i thought to myself... like a meteor or something.

I start to become concerned that it is maybe a large ship or airplane that has crashed in the water. I walk up a cobble stone street and I can not help but admire the stone work, and all of the little hidden walk ways which lead to the canal that drains the water from the city to the ocean. A stone park of benches and terraced walls.

I feel a sense of safety as I move up the hill, and as i get a little higher i see the reddish brown roofs of curved tiles which i believe maybe Spanish style. I believe i am in Spain, Portugal, or the Mediterranean.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: THERE IS MORE COLOR TO THE HOUSES IN THE MEDITERRANEAN THAT I DID NOT SEE IN MY DREAM SO I BELIEVE I AM IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL.

I dreamed a group of us had bought an estate-sized home in a bustling city. The look of the city suggested a European city such as London or Paris, or perhaps Boston. The house was enormous and hundreds of years old, with a sharp slanting roof reminiscent of a church. The location was urban with buildings adjacent to each other.

We were coming back to the home after running errands, and I was dismayed to see water running down the roof and entering through holes in the roof tile. I was very concerned about water damage, and we all anxiously entered the home to inspect the house for damage. In the main part of the home, I looked up at the ceiling, and now I could see that it was snow melt causing the roof damage. I had not noticed any snow when I was outside looking at the house, and even in the dream, I thought this was quite odd.

As I proceeded through the home, I mentioned my concerns to one of the men there who resembled Brad Pitt, and he just smirked and walked away unconcerned.

The next set of rooms had beautiful carved ceilings and walls such as done by European craftsmen centuries ago. The ceilings were bulging and looking like they were about to burst, and some wall damage had occurred. I moved on to the kitchen, which had tile floors and lovely glass windows, and the damage there was minimal, although I could see holes forming in the ceiling.

The doorbell then rang, and I ran back through the rooms to answer it. The house seemed to be about half a football field in length, and I was concerned the visitor would turn away before I was able to open the door. I was anxious as I was already expecting an insurance adjustor to help inspect and estimate the required repairs.
