Quick Synchronicities |

I like to look for synchronicities, they fascinate me. What is strange more recently is how quickly they have been happening.
1. Was reading a book on synchronicity by Trish and Rob Macgregor. There was a story about a friend's grandma loving to sew, and after her passing her daughter and granddaughter finding straight pins everywhere. Not more than 20 minutes after reading that, I put on a Coast segment the Macgregors were on, and Trish repeated the same story. What I find odd is the book is long, and the Coast shows are in 4 segments. But I hit on the right part in the book, and the right part of the show within minutes.
2. Just today, got an email that had an article about amateurs writing books. Mentioned The Red Badge of Courage, a first book. Later today I was listening to a podcast, Darkness Radio, and what is mentioned? That's right - Red Badge of Courage (but in a completely different context, had to do with a friend of the host and reincarnation).
These are only two in recent days. This has been happening to me a LOT, and I'm not really sure what to make of it.
Thoughts anyone?

Old house and Yard Dream, 1/11/17 |

Start of Dream. I am driving on a road and the traffic stops so I decided to walk. I find myself in a rural neighborhood and see 3 African American woman walking. They are wearing what looks like dresses from the 1940's & they are carrying wicker baskets. Looks like groceries in the baskets so they must have been to the grocery store and they are walking home.
I ask if I can join them and they said, yes. I tell them we can can walk through this backyard. It is the backyard of a old house with no paint on the house, just old bare wood. There are fences around the house both barbed wire fences and wood fences. One of the women says, I don't think we should cross through this yard. Then someone walks out of the house and tells us to be quiet if we want to walk through the yard. One of the women that I am with is scared and jumps one of the low wire fences catching her dress in the barbed wire. I say, no there is an easier way through a different fence where the barbed wire is loose. I lited the barbed wire on the wire fence and say, see it's big enough for us to go through without hurting ourselves. The other women are not certain and I tell them, ok do what you want, I am leaving and I lift the barbed wire and climb over the fence. I am looking at the house now and the wood fence near the front of the house. Now I am wondering what or who is in the house. End of Dream
Afterthoughts: Even though the house was very old, it was very neat and the yard was very clean and well kept also. I did not recognize any of the women.

Getting out of the kitchen |

10Jan2017
I'm in a small kitchen. It's rather shabby and outdated. Completely unfamiliar to me. Even though I don't see the rest of the house, I know it's a small house, also shabby and outdated. I don't know why I'm there. I don't know who owns the house or who lives there. I'm concerned that someone might come in and find me in the kitchen and call the police. I search but there's no exit door so I can't leave. Suddenly, my sister is with me. She's puttering about the kitchen. I ask her if this is her house. She says no. I tell her we need to leave before we're caught here. I have this strong sense of urgency. It's imperative we leave immediately. My sister tells me to relax, everything's fine. I make another circuit around the kitchen, looking for a way out. What doors there are don't open and the windows are fake. My sister seems completely unconcerned, making fun of me as I seek a way out. Then I hear voices coming near, as if people were walking towards our location. The voices are male and there are at least three different voices, so three different men. I can't make out what they're saying. All I know is we need to get out of there and fast, before we're discovered.
Somehow I get one of the doors open. It leads to a fenced in backyard. I grab my sister and drag her after me into the yard. The house door slams shut behind us. My sister looks around. Asks me what I think I'm doing, she was comfortable in the kitchen. I tell her we have to escape before the people realize we're gone. She shakes her head, tells me I'm coming unglued, and then she heads back towards the house. I call after her, telling her she's making a huge mistake. She points out the yard is completely enclosed, with no gate, and asks how I plan to get out. I tell her there's always a way out, it's just a matter of finding it. She laughs, makes a dismissive gesture, and tells me good luck with that. I tell her I'm leaving, with or without her. She mimics my words back at me, then tells me to have fun finding my way out. The back door begins to open. I don't wait any longer. I take a running start, then leap up the fence to grab the top. Hoist myself atop the fence. Take one quick look back at my sister. She's not even paying attention now; she's scoping out some plants in a planter next to the door and the back door is almost all the way open. I roll over the top of the fence to the other side and then I'm awake, my heart racing as if I'd just been running at breakneck speed.
Note:
Even though the woman represented as my sister, she did not look like my sister, didn't sound like her, and she certainly didn't act like her. The feel of it was someone playing at being my sister for some reason.
