Just before I woke up this morning 10/5, I heard a voice saying the Santa Fe River flooded and that caused other rivers to flood.  After I woke up and then got to a computer and Googled Santa Fe River, thinking that it was in NM but it is a river in northern Florida!  So now hearing about the hurricane and that it might go up the center of the state has me concerned for northern Florida.

ok,.. several days ago I had two noteworthy dreams.
First, as I was waking up, I heard a strange music that I have never heard before.  It was four lines of music, with no lyrics,  then I heard a assertive male voice saying "SAINT PATRICKS DAY!".  Then I woke up.  I was not in dream long enough to determine what was happening on that day.

The second (unrelated) dream,  as I was falling asleep, there was a situation or reference to children being born.  Someone began saying "they're being born deaf".  I was  a little surprised and said "the're being born dead?"  The other person said "No, they're being born deaf."  This shocked me and I woke prematurely.

Oct 4, 2016 AM

I'm in bed. The TV is turned to a news channel - US news by the colours on the screen. I don't hear anything so I don't know what news the anchors are delivering. I jump out of bed saying to hubby that I need to do some proofing. I go to the den, disconnect and take my laptop to bed with me where hubby is going to watch me do some proofing.

Note: This dream was like real life in my house....
Surely this isn't day residue from watching Hillary spew about 'proofing' or some such during the debate. *L*

I'm swimming in a lake, with my boss and some co-workers. There are people swimming everywhere, and then I realize we're in Lake Jesup, and there are gators everywhere. There is a "tour guide" swimming with us, and he's telling us that as long as we don't splash and make too much noise, we should be ok.

Needless to say, the panic is rising in me. I'm looking around thinking don't these people see the danger? How can they all be so blind and so stupid. I get out of the water, and the guide is pointing out the vinyl flooring that we're walking on was cured with water from the lake. You can actually see tiny 2-3 inch gators every few inches, baked right into the vinyl. I feel sick to my stomach. I think that if they don't see the danger now, they will soon. Very soon.

Off to the side, people are getting their photos taken with celebrities. Aerosmith is posing with some of these idiots, kind of like "I survived Lake Jesup". I wake up.

I dreamed I was at home. I was in the bedroom and tried to pull the blinds down. Instead, the window seemed to slam shut as a board dropped down and covered the window. I went to other rooms to pull down the blinds, and again, boards fell down to cover each window. I then went to the front door to exit, and another board came down. Each time as the board came down the shades or doors shuddered violently. I exclaimed - more in amazement than fear - to the other person in the room that we were trapped and something or someone did not want us to leave.

Probably day residue as right before heading to bed I discovered that our relatively new window blind seemed to be broken.
