Dreamed I am traveling with a few people. The seat belts look different, more like a harness type, straps over shoulders and buckles at waist. Then I am walking out of a building and see water like an ocean. I look at the ground and it looks like black dirt, then I think no it must be sand because of the ocean. I walk toward the water and to my right I see a man driving a Bobcat. He is shoveling dirt trying to level the area. I walk toward something shinny in the dirt. I see a sea wall and the sand/dirt has been pushed up against it. I feel like standing on the sea wall would be a good idea. I stand on the sea wall looking down at the shinny something in the sand/dirt. The man in the Bobcat walks over toward me. He asks why I am here and I don't answer him. I point toward the shinny something in the sand/dirt. I said, I think there is a safe buried and just the top is showing. He said, hummm I'll get the Bobcat and dig it out. Then he says, I'm hot so I'll cool off in the water and he dives off the wall into the water. Then a big wave of water comes over me and I am happy because the water feels refreshing. The water recedes and I wait on the wall for the guy to come back with the Bobcat. End of Dream.

Afterthoughts: When I woke this morning, I couldn't remember what the machine was named that the guy was driving. I thought, when I get to work I'll google it. On the way to work I find myself behind one of these machines. A truck is pulling it on a trailer. That was so funny because I've never seen one of these while driving to work. I've been taking this same route for years now.

Dream I am at a co-workers house. Someone found a snake in the house. I went outside to check the yard and found lots of snakes in the yard. I went back to the house and asked for a machete and garden hoe. I told my co-worker I'm going to kill the snakes in the yard and need help because there is a big nest of them. She said here and she gave me a machete and garden hoe. The dream ended with me standing in the middle of all the snakes. I'm trying to decide if they need to be killed or if they are harmless.

I have been reading that using an over-the-counter supplement that is typically used for arthritis pain enhances the dreaming experience. Sometimes it causes a bleed-over of the dream into life after the person wakes up.

The substance is abbreviated "MSM," which stands for Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane.
You can find it in the Vitamins/Supplements section of pharmacies and health food stores. Usually it is combined with Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin, and is thought to build up the natural padding between joints, and perhaps to improve hair quality.

The hair forum people seem to be taking powdered MSM in doses from 2000 mg to "a couple of tablespoons" in liquid at bedtime, most taking 3000mg at bedtime.

This dream is day residue, but thought it might be interesting to others.  Before bed, I was taking notes for a review on possible scientific mechanisms underlying energy healing.  I am interested in understanding how energy healing works.

Dreamt I was at a scientific conference in, what seemed to be, New York City.  I could see the detailed program for the conference listing talks and speakers.  I saw the faces of several speakers.  It felt like a real scientific conference.  The topic of the conference seemed to involve the mechanism underlying energy healing.  All of the speakers were chemists, specializing in Organic Chemistry, the chemistry of living things.  The chemists had discovered molecules and chemical reactions that produced large amounts of energy.  Similar to chlorophyll, but different.  The feeling was that these reactions could be a source of energy in energy healing.  

Woke up surprised.  Most people consider energy healing to involve physics, or physiology, or spirituality, or information, NOT organic chemistry.  It is another perspective, which I will check out.

So, this is kinda odd...here go's. Sometimes when I dream, I know it's for N.D.C. I can't explain, I simply know...while I'm dreaming. These dreams are important, and I have difficulty remembering them sometimes. So I have developed a method where I will repeat keywords so that when I waken I may remember. 
So, today, I woke...I could only liken it to being underwater to long, coming to the surface of consciousness, myself, repeating two words, "10 Moments". Seemed, vitally important. Sadly, that's all I have. Those two words. My feeling, a sense of urgency...10 Moments...

I wasn't going to post this, especially as I feel bad that I don't have more, however that sense of urgency hasn't dissipated, in fact, it seems to be growing, the urgency...10 Moments
