I am sitting in a field, high yellow grass all around me. I am trying to make sure i position myself in just the right way so that I am standing in the correct spot on the US map.

An old Native American man walks over to me, he has a young plump woman with him. She carries a buffalo bag and a wooden box for the old man. The Medicine Man walks up to me and stands way to close to me, he is squinting at me, and I can feel him looking through me, not at me. I feel a bit uncomfortable by this action, but I not do anything nor move, because i am standing in the right spot on the map.

The man takes a feather out of the box, burns some sweet grass and says a prayer over me with the feather. Then they move onto the next person standing close by.

I look around and see people standing all over the field of beautiful yellow grass.
They are all coming to be cleansed.

One of them men standing close by to me, is telling me what to expect from the shaman, and the ceremony he has come for. When i look in this man's direction however he is standing next to a mini merry go round the kids kind with horses that used to be outside of every grocery store.

I realize as I am looking around that these people are all in this place for the wrong reason. I am suppose to be here, it is a safe place and i have seen all of the signs, I have this feeling like i am home as I look around at the natural landscape. People keep talking to me though while i am standing here waiting peacefully.

A Native Man walks up to me, he was chained to a post and there was a trailer/restaurant where he was standing. (I soon realize I am seeing a glimpse of these peoples lives but i am still not sure why) He starts talking to me about the shaman, and I turn to him and tell him that I am here because i was called here, and i am not waiting on the medicine man. He seems shocked by this fact. I point to the north east and I tell the man, I am very happy to be so close to the bad lands.

He looks at me and says "Yeah, we are kind of close i guess". His comment jolts me to realize I am not on the correct spot on the map that I am suppose to be on.
As this realization comes over me, I turn back to the native man, and I see him in a shoot out at this Trailer/Restaurant and I attempt to run inside so I am not hit by flying bullets.

I realize that as I was running for the trailer there were funny looking beings in black and white stripes running out of the hills towards us.

I am not in a trailer, that is the part of this mans life i am seeing, i am still in the field, so what are the black and white stripped creatures I just saw!

The trailer fades away and I am back standing in the field, I hear a voice say "they are the tricksters" on the back of one of these tricksters i see a Navajo symbol "The whirling Mountains of the Navajo" http://atlan.org/images/articles/navajos...jpg?b84667

The shaman is coming back around, everyone around me is getting excited and now all of the people/faces have changed.

I still have this sense that I am exactly where I should be, and I am not there for the shaman, but I am there because it is home.

Just when I think I am on top of this game, !whack! something takes it all down hmmm.

I finally get a reliable nternet connection last week, and not 24 hrs later my laptop craps the bed.
nothing, nada, nunca.
sigh

I ran to Walmart to get some parts to rev it back up.
My debit card fails to authorize at the cash out.
sigh

I find out the bank online site is down.
sigh again.

Not to be thwarted, I review my attitude and energy output.
Have I disempowered myself- negative thinking?

I was sitting in the front row of a small indoor concert venue, listening to what appeared to be a final rehearsal of a jazz performance slated to be recorded in front of a live audience. I was seated on the left side of the theatre. Stage lighting was being used for the final rehearsal and the theatre seats were "dark". Only a few others were in the seats with me. A legendary artist was involved in the concert and was giving non-verbal and occasional short phrased directions onstage as he played what I believe was base guitar. He composed the music, or at least the base line, which had a special signature sound he was know for creating. It was difficult to play his music but the band was up for it, He wandered over to different players on the left of the stage as he played, working a few things out with the other performers and never missing a beat. It was clear the talented members of the band on stage were there because of this legend. There were no stops, just talking through things on occasion while playing. As the next song began I knew someone important was coming out to join the band . He was checking off a bucket list item of sorts as he held this jazz icon in high regard and had a strong desire to play with him . I did not know who was going to come on stage at first and my eyes were glued to the stage in anticipation, He slipped into the back of the group, unassuming , picked up a guitar and began to play.. The old icon wandered over to the back where the guest artist now stood playing. Things were pretty fluid but the guest artist, Bruce Springsteen, was having a bit of trouble getting a key part of the some tricky measures down. Everything came to a stop and they had to repeat the difficult measures. It was the first time there was a need to stop . The Jazz Icon said very little but it was clear Bruce was not nailing it to his expectations . Bruce was disappoint in his playing and a little stressed, but was also just happy to be there playing with THE man. It wasn’t about Bruce, it was about the Jazz Icon.

I do not know the identity of this Icon . He had glasses, a small light brown beard and short light brown hair. He was likely in his early 70’s and had a deep speaking voice.

'This is a dream I have a couple dozen times over the past decade. It is always the same, but I thought it might be pertinent considering the other dream I had yesterday.

The dream goes in reverse order.

I'm in an open field that is strewn with white carnations that are growing out of the ground like daisies; wildlife is everywhere.

The animals disappear. The flowers and the grass grow in reverse, shrinking into the ground. Blood rises up from the ground, soaking the earth red. Bodies appear; they are in various stages of decomposition. The bodies begin to heal! but you can see where the 'disease' ravaged their bodies. They (the bodies) heal completely. They start walking around. It now looks like a park with people picinicing and kids playing. The people disappear. A building arises in their place. I walk into the building, it is a lab. There are two men working on an experiment. I walk over to see their experiment, they are re-engineering the  DNA of some virus. I'm horrorified because I know that this is the beginning of the end.

This dream is always accompanied by song/poem. I have attached a picture of it from my journal, it is dated 1/4/11. I have also a attached a picture of a very interesting article I came across on 11/28/11, the link to the article is at the bottom of the picture.

I dreamed I was on the shore of a ocean or sea in a hot desert region, very desolate not semi-arid but real desert. It was a narrow part of the sea because I could see the opposite shore I suppose like you could in places like Gibraltar, entry to the Red Sea, entry to the Persian Gulf or the North end of the Gulf of California in Baja, I also suppose it could be a huge island across the Sea rather than a narrow passage or bay, I also suppose it could be an inland sea like the Salton Sea or Caspian in a dry desert area. The quake happened and then a huge tsunami came towards me. There was no city around I saw but there were some people, both dark complexion people mostly and some people of European roots so that could be anywhere. I also suppose it could have been triggered by an underwater landslide triggered by the quake. The last time I dreamed of a quake was just before the one North of the Bay area where I saw dry streams fill up, which did happen when new springs opened from the quake, I think that was August 2014 or maybe August 2013?. I do not remember dreams often but this one like the previous quake dream was very clear and I still remember it, I had it probably between 4-7am PDT 4/20/16. I woke up before the wave hit.

I have dreamt on and off about this group of people from 1975 (6yrs old) through 1990 (21 yrs old). It was a series of dreams about this group that I would have. Each dream would tell tell a story or teach a lesson; they were dreams I always looked forward to. In fact, when I went through my old dream journals, the last  time I dreamt of them was in January 1990, but I dreamt about them again today and it was horrifying.

When I was younger, the dreams would always start off in night time desert setting under a full moon. There would be a campfire in the center and we would sit in a circle on blankets; there was nothing else around, no camp, no nothing, just the desert. We were all dressed exactly the same, like ninja warriors, nothing visible except our eyes. The only difference in our dress was that each person was garbed in a single color and their eyes matched their outfit. The colors were: red, orange, green, blue, purple, black and white. I was always green and yes, I do have green eyes. 

The last dream I had of them, in 1990, they wanted me to join them to fight this "great battle" and I refused. It was the last time I dreamt of them until today.

My dream started off in this old run down building, no electricity, no running water, and it was night time. There were several dozens bunk beds jammed into this one open area and they were full of people. They were lined up against the wall. There was me and a half dozen other nurses there and we were charged with taking care of the sick/dying and we could only leave after all our assigned patients were dead. It was like we (the nurse) were prisoners. Some of the nurses had decided to just let their patients die so they could go home, but  I  could not. We had head lamps on to see in the dark. I went to check on my patients, when another nurse's patient reached out to me.

He said, "I want to go home." I examined him and told him that I would go get the doctor for him. He had what I can only describe as a combination of wet gangrene, cellulitis, and plague like boils on his left foot and hand. I told one of the other nurses I was going to go get the doctor. The patient's nurse overheard me and began screaming at me to just leave him alone, that he needed to die so she could just go home.

I knew there was nothing the doctor could do anyways (there was no medicine left). So, I checked on my patients, they were all doing well, and went back to the nurses station to eat some beef jerky and drink some water. I feel this hand grab my hair and get yanked through time/space - it was extremely painful, my whole body was hurting and I felt very discombobulated. It took me several minutes to orient myself. 

I realized I was in the desert. It was daylight. I was just in the green outfit again. I was where the campfire normally would be and I was surrounded by the other six members. The one in blue reached out to me and assisted me in standing up. I said, "hello again." He replied, "this is not social call little one, there are important matters to discuss." I nodded my head solemnly and brushed the sand off my back side.

I stood in the center of their circle quietly, waiting patiently as I had been taught all those years ago. They would speak when they were ready. After a few minutes, the one in orange says, "we are losing." Several more minutes passed in silence. The sky turned dark, we each went to sit on our assigned blankets and the campfire appeared in the center.

The one in black says, "this is what will be coming." The campfire turns into a spherical screen and images appear of death and destruction all across the planet earth. They were just flashes. Here are the ones I remember:

A 20-something Asian woman with blood coming out of her eyes.
A 4yr old Hispanic boy's body being pulled from rubble, his mother crying.
A soldier in the desert, the bottom half of his body is missing, he does not realize he is dead yet.
Cities around the earth burning.
The very young and old dying by the thousands.
People attacking and killing each other over stupid things (one scene was a about a lighter).

Then the images of the sickness started. One of the men looked like the last patient I tried to help, but did not. He had the same sores on his left hand and foot. The screen disappears and the campfire reappears. I wait in silence.

The one in black says, "Now, you know what is coming. The choice is yours." I woke up here. 

The flashes on the screen were very graphic and horrorific. In the dream, I felt like I was personally experiencing every single one of the images I saw. I woke up more tired than when I went to sleep and I just ache all over. 

I know some parts of the dream is day residue and some parts could be from things I experienced in my past. I am currently an ER nurse and I was a medic in the military for 15 yrs (did 4 tours over in the sandbox), so I see and have seen some pretty horrible things. However, I have never seen a sickness like that and it terrorifies me, especially since I have had a couple dozen of dreams about a pandemic over the last decade.
