The linguistics from June 3rd had a phrase in it that I frankly almost sensored from the reading audience for a couple of reasons. First, it’s not really g-rated material and second, how likely is this to ever find a headline? Seriously…honestly think about the odds of seeing the words “sex” and “college” in a major headline.
Well, 2 days after the linguistics were published (3 days after the actual DreamBot2 run was conducted), we get a strikingly close headline in the media. Here’s the phrase…
Lingustics: “Fact perhaps realized sex lived college”
Now, I realize that linguistics can be somewhat cryptic and thus their DreamSeer score suffers as a result of not having a lot of detail. However, let’s just forget about the DreamSeer score for a moment, and just compare this actual headline from Breitbart.com (I actually found the headline in Drudge, which then linked to the former):
Actual Headline: “CA bill demands verbal or written consent for sex on college campuses” (BTW, what DreamSeer score would you give this story? You’ll see what the consensus score is after you vote below)
Source Article:
A newly amended bill from a California lawmaker would require college students to stop in the heat of passion and establish verbal or written consent before having sex anywhere on campus, reports L.A. Weekly.
SB 967, amended last week by state Sen. Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles), would mandate that college students obtain “an affirmative, unambiguous, and conscious decision by each participant to engage in mutually agreed-upon sexual activity.”
Last month, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights released a list of 55 schools that face federal probes into their handling of sexual assault cases. De Leon said his bill is meant to confront sexual assault problems head-on……..
The bill passed the state Senate on May 29 by a vote of 27-9. It heads to the Assembly next for further consideration.

Today’s Bonus Round…
Not only has meditation been linked to remembering more dreams, but now they’ve found it leads to success!
Summary: Forget ‘practice makes perfect’ – meditation is the key to success, study claims
Practice doesn’t make perfect – but meditation might.
Researchers say that however hard some people try, they won’t excel at their chosen job, sport or hobby.
This is because the key to perfection lies in the mind.
They have shown that people who rise to the top have ‘highly-integrated’ brains finely-tuned for creativity.
The good news for those not naturally blessed is that mediation may help.
The advice from Dr Fred Travis, a US neuroscientist and advocate of Transcendental Meditation, contradicts the widely-held belief that practice will, eventually, make perfect.
