What’s up with Nashville / TN / Airplanes?

In short, YGBSM!

After yesterday’s wrapup of news events (compiled into a lengthy summary here), I’m thinking our dreams are much, much, MUCH more powerful than I imagined. Please tell me if this is common or not, for I can’t remember the last time all these totally weird headlines about airplanes all piled up in a single 24-hour period.

Let’s quickly recap the whole airplane saga.

1. A bunch of airplane dreams (some crash related) get input into the dreambase on the same night about a week ago. Some were Project August dreams, and some were not. We suspected that an airplane crash/event was either immanent or coming in August 2014. We suspected an area in TN, most likely Nashville.

2. Next day, we ran the linguistics. Much of it had to do with finding a plane (which came out with the WWII plane), but we also got a “Flying class taking three,” which to us meant we’ll experience 3 major airplane events/crashes.

3. Events began to unfold with airplanes. First, the Boston crash killing all 7 on board. Second, the “found plane” phrase was fulfilled when they found the remains of a WWII plane in Canada (with the bodies in it), and then third, we had the recent country singer having to divert from her destination (Nashville) because of an emergency. There were multiple dreams and linguistics all very well covered in these 3 events.

4. So, the trifecta airplane meme was satisfied, but I wasn’t quite prepared for what follows…an explosion of airplane headlines, all in less than a day’s time…

Discussion

Yesterday, I was closing out of some screens, and one of them was a Google search called “plane news.” There wasn’t much there, but before I closed it out, I decided to refresh it. And when I saw the refreshed page, holy cow.

Our Nashville country singer emergency (that we talked about yesterday) was on the list, but low and behold, so was another, and another, and….

How about this for news: a female passenger threatens one of the flight attendants and so the airline pilot turns back to the departure airport. Can anyone guess where this plane took off (and thus where they also landed)? Great job…

Nashville!

“LaShonda Williams allegedly told a flight attendant ‘I kill white people like you.’ The comment was made after a crew member told her to turn off her cell phone after the plane had taken off.” (if you want to see more, here’s where I found it).

Two weird “emergency” airplane events from the very city our dreams predicted. Uncanny or meaningful precognition?

The diversity begins…

But that’s not all. I’m flabbergasted at the amount of diversity in the airplane news today. I actually created a multi-page screen capture that I’ll present for you below my summary. Maybe this happens everyday, and I just never knew it, but I’m feeling like this is really pretty special.

Do you want the next big airplane story? Sure thing, but can you first guess what US State this story came from? You’re on a roll…..Tennessee! This time it wasn’t Nashville, but rather Memphis, but still in the state of great interest to our precognitive dreamers.

Okay, so what happened? Basically, a passenger on the plane starts scaring everyone by barging into the cockpit and making a lot of threats and ruckus. The dude threatens that he brought a gun on board, so the crew decides to divert into Memphis to get security involved. Whew, what a day in the world of airplanes, but this isn’t even the half of it.

The military gets in on the action (x4)

1. We have a USAF captain sitting in a regular passenger seat of a regular airline. He was apparently an experienced B1 pilot.

So when he heard over the intercom that the command pilot had succumbed to a heart attack, the crew was also broadcasting over the intercom a request for anyone who knew how to fly.

The B1 pilot found himself automatically getting out of his seat and making his way to the cockpit. He got into the seat and made himself comfortable. The female pilot beside him apparently handled all the hand’s on flying duties, but the AF captain played a pivotal role in getting all the passengers safely on the ground. How often does that happen? To see more: http://www.cnn.com/2014/06/03/travel/737-emergency-pilot/

2. Military Plane Crashes in Imperial Valley Neighborhood

“A military plane crashed into homes in an Imperial Valley neighborhood about two hours southeast of San Diego County Wednesday afternoon, officials confirmed.

The pilot safely ejected from the plane before it crashed, officials said, but there was no immediate word on whether any people on the ground were hurt.”

3. A Navy Superhornet crashes off the coast of CA.

4. This story just emerged yesterday, but it actually happened a couple of months ago…

“An Air Force RC-135 electronic intelligence jet was flying a surveillance run some 60 miles off the Russian Far East coast, north of Japan, on April 23 when the incident occurred, according to defense officials familiar with the incident.

The Su-27 flew to follow the RC-135, and at one point rolled sideways to reveal its air-to-air missile before flying within 100 feet of the cockpit in an attempt to unnerve the crew.

The showdown was video-recorded by the aircrew.”

…And even more diverse yet…

1. There was a very unfortunate case of an Ohio skydiving employee walking into a spinning aircraft propeller and tragically dying.

“The employee of Start Skydiving in Ohio, Sarah Rhoads, 24, got too close to the propellers of this aircraft on Sunday afternoon while asking the pilot of another plane if he wanted any food.” Link is here

2. There were some more updates on the Malaysia plane, too. Apparently, an eye witness on a boat in the Indonesian Ocean. The witness claimed they saw a plane burning on fire before falling into the ocean.

The following passage was taken from this link

A British woman has come forward to say she saw what she believed was a plane on fire streaking across the sky above the Indian Ocean in early March.

A British woman says she may have spotted missing Malaysian Airlines jet MH370 aflame in mid-flight while she was sailing across the Indian Ocean with her husband.

Katherine Tee, 41, was on a sailing voyage to southern Thailand one night in March when she said she spotted what looked like a plane on fire with black smoke trailing behind it, the Phuket Gazette reported.

“I was on a night watch. My husband was asleep below deck and our one other crew member was asleep on deck,” Tee told the English-language newspaper.

“I saw something that looked like a plane on fire. That’s what I thought it was. Then, I thought I must be mad,” she said.

“It caught my attention because I had never seen a plane with orange lights before, so I wondered what they were,” Tee said. “I could see the outline of the plane: It looked longer than planes usually do.

4. Solar-powered aircraft makes inaugural flight.

Ahead of its anticipated round-the-world trip scheduled for 2015, a solar-powered plane took its maiden voyage after an historic two-hour flight – yet more headway in developing aircraft that don’t need fossil fuel.

The Solar Impulse 2 aircraft, with German test pilot Markus Scherdel inside the cockpit, took off from an airfield in Payerne, Switzerland at 03:35 GMT (04:35 BST; 05:35 CEST), climbing to just over 6,000ft (1,800m).” Link here.

5. How about this for a loony article? London soccer fan nails Peru player from stands with paper airplane.

“Heather Zhang, 20, of Cresskill N.J., posted the amazing throw on YouTube, which occurred during England’s 3-0 win over Peru Friday. Defender Hansell Riojas turned and was struck in the head by the surprising throw.” Link here.

6. Small plane crashes in a McDonald’s parking lot in Monroe, LA.

“It was a scary, scary thing,” witness Lori Jones told the News-Star of Monroe “It was not something I hope I ever see again.

“Thank God, he’s alive,” Jones said of the pilot. “And I hope he’s going to be OK.”

7. Hanscom airplane crash in Boston: Data show plane never lifted off before crash. And apparently, the investigators found tire marks and other indicators that the crew attempted to stop the takeoff. Perhaps they attempted an abort after the decision speed was exceeded.

8. This is a late add on Thursday….couldn’t resist this addition: http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/body-found-wheel-dutch-plane-24004819. It’s just not a story you see everyday…

Okay, all that is exhausting me, but do you wanna know the truth? This isn’t even all of them. Like I said before, I took a screen shot of the top plane stories, and the picture of that is below. Furthermore, this picture was taken before either military jets plummeted to the ground / sea nor the several small plane crashes on Thursday!
